    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I wish I could give 10 stars) I had an outstanding experience with Sabila at Kennedy Commons. I purchased two stoves and a microwave, and the service throughout the entire process has been exceptional. Sabila was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything smooth and stress free. The communication, honesty, and attention to detail stood out immediately. Even before the appliances arrive, I can already say the experience has been top tier. You do not see service like this every day. If you are looking for reliability and genuine customer care, Sabila deserves every star. I will gladly recommend this seller to anyone who asks.

    When the warranty was offered , I asked my sales associate specifically if pet accidents were covered and they said yes. I put in a claim for my warranty, which was very very cumbersome and annoying…. And the claim was denied . I recommend not buying their warranty . I will reach out to my sales associate and update this review if they are able to assist but this has been a nightmare. Save your money , UPDATE : A note. I don’t make it a pattern of leaving negative reviews. You can check . UPDATE : Shop somewhere else . The brick sells cheap furniture for a fortune and sells a warranty that they don’t stand by .

    I went to purchase some new furniture at the Scarborough location with my family last Sunday. It was an apprehensive and uneasy process, but we were assisted by one of the most wonderful, knowledgeable, generous associates the shop had in their arsenal. Her name was Mirna. When we had questions, she answered them to the absolute best of her abilities. When we needed time to think things over, she gave us our space. She was kind, intelligent, possessed a wonderful aura & loved her to bits. Especially knowing she’s a Friends fanatic like myself (PIVOT!) I was so impressed with her professional disposition, I made my case in saying “Don’t let this one get away. She’s a really good one.” Thank you very much, for everything Mirna. The delivery associates were excellent. Put together everything in no time at all, they even took away the packaging (as promised). Cannot be happier with the furniture I purchased. Thank you very much.

    My mother and I visited the Brick in Scarborough on William Kitchen Rd, and had the pleasure of meeting Samar Jakmara, Sales Consultant, who spent time with us to ensure we were well taken care of. She was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Through her expertise we selected a bed with all the necessary components and at a very reasonable price. We never felt rushed or overwhelmed and when we left we both felt that it was an enjoyable experience. My mother has purchased a number of furniture items from this location to date. She will be following up with Samar in the near future since she intends to purchase some other furniture items. We're confident that we'll be in good hands with Samar.     DO NOT, DO NOT buy from The Brick, especially from this location at Kennedy Commons! Unethical sales tactics, poor management, and customer care. Our family recently purchased 2 new bedroom sets, a sofa, and all new appliances — approximately $20,000 in total. Upon delivery of our items, they sent us the wrong range/stove. We came with the intention of buying a GE Café model gas range, but they delivered us an induction model instead. Upon calling in to address the issue, management refused to help, stating we had surpassed our exchange or return period. We were only 3 weeks in from the time the item was delivered, but the range was never used or installed during this time, as we were in the middle of renovations. In fact, we stated at the time of sale (and after the sale) that we did not want the items to be delivered for at least one month due to the renovation. After the purchase, customer service called us twice a week forcing us to pick up the items, even threatening us to do so due to quotas they had to meet. The salespeople were apparently in a sales competition that month for top sales. Frustrated by their relentless calls and threats, we agreed to take delivery of the items early. Upon taking delivery, the items sat in our house unopened and uninstalled for 3 weeks due to the ongoing renovation. Once ready to install, this was when we realized they had delivered us the wrong range. Upon calling the product advisor to address the issue, she was very kind and helpful. She immediately called and spoke to her manager on our behalf. Disappointingly, the assistant manager stated there was nothing that could be done as we had surpassed the exchange/return period. This is ridiculous since we were forced and threatened to take delivery of the item early — plus, it was brand new and uninstalled. To make a long story short, they finally agreed to an exchange. At this point, management still refused to come out to discuss the issue with us. Instead, they assigned another salesperson to assist. After making the exchange, that’s when more problems arose. Instead of exchanging for a product of equal retail value, they gave us an older model valued at $1,000 less. At the time of exchange, we were told the new product/item we were getting was valued higher than what we initially received, due to the fact that gas-powered ranges cost more than induction. Once we got home, checked their website, and compared with other dealers, this was when we realized we had been scammed. We had to pay extra on an exchange and received an item that was not of equal value to what we initially paid for. All in all, stay away from purchasing from The Brick — especially this location (19 William Kitchen Rd, Scarborough). As mentioned: unethical sales practices, deceit, and lies. They only care about making quotas and profit. Management is non-existent, and the customer service department never answers their phone (don’t believe me? Try calling in when you have an issue). To finalize, this is sad to see, especially as someone who also works in sales — specifically in the automotive sector as a General Sales Manager. We, too, have quotas to meet and must manage both sales volume and profitability. However, mistakes can happen, and when they do, we make it a priority to handle matters ethically and with integrity.
