Great experience. Lots of options incl. lots of Canadian made options! I gave the salesperson my specifications and he showed me what I could do, and even gave me some creative options that I wouldn't have even thought about. He wasn't pushy at all and left me time to think about things. Delivery was very quick - only a couple of days after purchase. Their delivery operator was great. They let you know the day before and give you real time tracking. The drivers were very communicative and friendly.

All of my Appliances delivery were soomthly & super quick. Eventhough it was snowing very bad outside. Both of the drivers were calm, compost and efficient in delivering. They were super fast, knew what are they doing & at the same time very safe. Din;t break anything in my home. So, basically I am very happy with the service. Go Brick Go!!!

Please avoid Mr. AJ at all costs, to make a sale he would do anything. He was recommending us to apply for some flexiti and suggesting us even if you don’t pay, they can’t do anything. He was pushing us to buy something out of our budget. As a customer, we should have the liberty to chose what we want freely without someone suggesting us unethical ways to get the stuff. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

After spending $15,000 at this store, the completely useless and incompetent staff refuse to fix a $900 adjustable bed base I bought WITH a warranty.
Some highlights from my experience with “customer service”
The bed was “open box” if open box means 50% of what a box used to be, some tape and Saran Wrap. Sales associate confirmed it was brand new but returned and hence on sale. (Find out later in this long story that is actually from 2019)
Arrives with 2 missing pieces and no manual for set up, the cord to plug the bed in was not there.
They asked for the serial number, photos and videos of the missing cable to plug in the bed. After I sent this they said they would send a new one.
2 weeks later a cord is sent that doesn’t fit the bed.
When I tell customer service this, they ask for additional photos and videos, I send them and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer explains he doesn’t understand why they had him call me since the bed base is not even his product. He confirms who the manufacturer is based on this experience and tells customer service. He also tells me this model is from 2019. Not new.
How after I sent the invoice, serial number and photos and videos of the base they couldn’t tell me what this product even was is beyond me. Maybe because I have a brain! Something the people employed here seem to lack. My favourite interaction was the customer service rep (Priyanshi I believe her name is) telling me I should just order a random cord from Amazon and hope it works. She then told me that I “purposefully misled” them to think it was the other adjustable bed base I purchased. Which is funny because as I mentioned, I sent the invoice, SERIAL NUMBER and PHOTOS AND VIDEOS.
I’ve asked to speak to a manager multiple times and haven’t heard a peep. Not sure if he’s just as cowardly and incompetent as his staff or if said incompetent staff is too cowardly to tell him.
I even offered to just take a credit and buy a NEW bed base, meaning I would spend MORE money, but no instead they want to play games. This started in early January and is still unresolved as of February 17th. I’ll never spend another cent at this company and until this is resolved I’ll happily keep calling and emailing :)

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
