Yesterday’s delivery guys were awful, couldn’t get a big chair up 1 flight of stairs. One friend and I managed to get that chair up 2.5flights of stairs today… and the delivery guys today got a whole cold stiff king mattress up there! They actually cared to do their job. Thank you guys. Guess it just depends which delivery guys u get.

We visited The Brick at Kennedy Commons this morning hoping to find dining chairs to replace our old ones. We were greeted by Raffi who assisted us all the way, from start to finish. He was very pleasant and very accommodating. It was such a breeze doing the transaction with him who did not mind going back and forth to talk to their manager regarding our many questions. He went above and beyond in helping us find exactly the item that we were looking for and even helped us get a better deal for our purchase. The Brick should have more people like Raffi. Customer Service is excellent when you have people like him.

We had a great experience at The Brick purchasing our dining table, and Raffi was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right table at a great price. Dec 26 I had an issue trying to place my order for a king mattress online and waited for the next day Dec 27 to see if my registration for an online profile went through and I didn’t so I was very upset. However, I called in and was directed to speak to someone with the online chat and I got Mirna as my agent Who assist me with my concern. She was able to help me process my order seamlessly and provide a great experience, very helpful and knowledgable and made a very easy utilizing in the chat with links for me to see product as you spoke to me when she called me directly. She definitely went above and beyond I was able to place my order. Everything she mentioned was correct. I also received all my invoices via email and all the necessary information via email and more. This was my first time getting online assistant, and I must say it was a great experience. Mirna was amazing And made my day. I recommend if you need any help you can ask for Mirna Or hope that you get her because she just made the whole process very straightforward, simple and easy. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
