- KCKen CJun 1, 20251.0Machine out of order. When you need it, you can't get it to work. When it does work, it wont accept payment cause the payment system is botched. Tap doesn't work, swipe doesnt work. Tap from phone doesn't work. I've never been so frustrated trying to get a key cut. Absolute win for the bots. I suddenly understood how great it was to just go into a store, hand someone a key, get it cut, pay and walk out instead of fighting with a machine and eventually giving up. You can't even complain to anyone and actually get something done about it.
