Though we sent the message later in the evening, we heard back from Scott first thing in the morning and he was at our place with his ladder just a few hours later. We were very impressed with the timeliness, the clear communications, and the friendliness we encountered in dealing with Scott. Fortunately, after his inspection we learned there are no issues with wildlife getting into our house (hurray!). I would definitely use this company again in the future if needed.
