  From the sales associate to the delivery we had a great experience, our sales rep Kamil A at the whitby store was fantastic he helped us find the right recliners for us and found them in the colour we were wanting , also the delivery came in less than 2 days . The delivery gentlemen were fast, efficient, polite , very professional. There tracking of when the delivery was going to happen was spot on . Our overall experience was very positive and we would strongly recommend Leons whitby.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service from Leon’s Scarborough (McLevin Ave). I purchased a mattress with a 10-year warranty over a year ago, and it is now sagging, the springs are noticeable, and it causes back pain, making it impossible to sleep properly. I have reported this issue multiple times. The technician who came on February 28, 2026, was rude, yelled at my wife who was home alone with our two minor daughters, and did not properly inspect the mattress—he only asked where it was sagging, took a measurement in the shape of a cross, and left. On March 4, 2026, I received a voicemail saying the mattress does not qualify for the warranty, and today, March 5, Customer Service informed me that I would have to pay for another inspection, despite the poor treatment we received. I requested a technician to come at no cost, but they refused. Under the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario, customers are entitled to goods that match their warranties. This problem has been ongoing for more than a year, and the store’s handling has been unacceptable. I do not recommend buying from this location. I will file a formal complaint with Consumer Protection Ontario. – Oscar Rosete

  SCAM AND FRAUD! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! We got a 6k genuine leather couch set for our living room that started peeling few months in. We contacted Leons and they said they couldn't do anything and told us to contact Zucora, their warranty company. We contacted them and they said peeling is not covered (they lied), when our warranty pamphlet clearly stated that peeling is covered. I had to chase them and finally they were willing to only give us 1.6k in credit to us. I am still fighting for my case but neither Leons or Zucora are willing to compensate us with a fair amount for our couches. The store manager Joseph told us we are in the right and should be compensated more and said he would escalate the case but unfortunately nothing was done. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! CUSTOMER CARE ARE LIARS AND A JOKE!

  Be careful on items you decide to pick yourself. Everything you pick up is non returnable and non refundable. Even if the item is unopened, still intact, in the box and is not a clearance item. I tried to return a Queen size headboard. And got refused in less than 10 days of my purchase, just because I had picked it up myself. I’m told. I will stick to Amazon.ca and Costco.com from here on. Where you can purchase anything you want and try it out and have the option, if you don’t like it. This is how they kill a good Canadian stores.

  Helpful staff name Mr Hussain Pasha. Have always shopped frm Leons over 16 years now. Always find their staff helpful and they have good stuff at good prices. Had to go back fr some change and Mr Hussain was not there, was not happy with the way Mr Gazi handled the change, kept pushing for what I didn't want and when I asked to see the protectors so I cud make the choice he forced the higher rate protector saying I HAVE to take the higher rate one as I had changed the mattresses and made the bill, just wouldn't show me or let me make the choice. Didn't like the way he just sat at a table n just put the codes and made the bill and handed it to me to pay it and ordered d stuff and told me to go pick it at the pick up place. Just wouldn't take me to the place where I could choose what I wanted inspite of telling him I wanted the one which was for 79 he literally told me cannot do it and that I have to take the 99 one as I had changed the mattresses. Infact without informing me he just made the bill on his tablet for a higher price one when I told him no I want the 79 one which I had seen on my earlier visit he just said a flat no and that I have to take which he made the bill for. V v disappointed by Mr Gazi's way of doing sales or handling customer.
