I had a very frustrating experience trying to have my couch delivered from them.
1. They failed to provide what details were critical to them, which resulted in a completely failed delivery attempt despite me being there with the elevator scheduled, myself, my ID, and receipts present. They refused delivery because part of the address was missing from their system. They told me to call customer support and could do nothing. A complete waste of 4 hours and their delivery time.
2. The next day, I called them at 10:10, 10 minutes after they opened. Their phone lines went immediately to voicemail. I had to call ANOTHER leon's location in order to get them to email this location, in order for them to turn on their phone lines so I could call them. Once I called and someone finally answered, they redirected me to customer support, which wasn't available, and they told me that they would call me later.
In the end, they did call me and I did reschedule and get it delivered, and that specific delivery crew on the second try was great. But, this whole process was incredibly frustrating and time wasting. No attempt was made from their end to compensate for the frustrations I've had.
I hope I never have to buy something from Leon's again.

I visited Leon's based on last experience in 2022 which was really great. We met a generous salesman who helped us to choose right sofa and dinning set. Also got great after sales service as well. Fast forward Nov 2025 visited Leon's with same hope but end up with all mess. All wrong information as well as damaged items delivered. We got a mattress which is not right fit for bed. Eventually they replaced one part but I could not use my bedroom for whole week. We purchased 360 plan which includes protection treatment. It has been 2 months still not done. Feeling cheated but good learning for future don't trust salesperson in this shop.

Dec 30 2025 - I lost a full day's work waiting for their delivery, which as of yet, still didn't happen. Made up excuses and lack of communication is all I got. DO NOT USE THEM, go to Costco, they deliver. Complete lack of accountability and even worse service.
Jan 2 2026 - Second attempt. Rude and lazy drivers. Scarborough and Richmond Hill giving contradictory instructions, etc. Truck left with the mattress on it. I have all the calls from the past 3 days recorded, for both failed deliveries and the rude dispatchers. I will share them with transcripts on social media and have my lawyer assess this as well.

Terrible terrible after service specially if you have opted for 5 year complete service. Got an issue with power recliner related to power surge and fuse tripping upon plugging, called Leon’s and they mentioned that extended warranty issues are dealt by their 3rd party company named ZUCORA, upon calling Zucora the wait time to connect with customer service was 30 min. After connecting they further forwarded the issue to one of other company (which now in this case is 4th party) named VYNEW to get a technician onsite. Vynew further sent me an email link to book an appointment and apparently the next appointment available is 23rd Jan 2026 , almost after a month. Tried to call VYNEW for earlier appointment and they stated that 23rd Jan is the earliest appointment they have and if there is any cancellation then they will reach out. Now my recliner is in reclined position with no possibility to bring it back to original position and my sofa will remain like that in the living room for almost a month. Ridiculous and absolutely terrible.

Pick up experience wasn't bad, friendly people. However the sales experience was horrific as we were trying to pick up an order for Christmas dinner. We purchased the items on the 23rd December, The sales person (BAMDAD) solely cared about closing the sale & his commission & blatantly lied to us stating that we can pick up our order until 2pm on the 24th of December.
When I arrived to pick up the order at 10:30am on December 24th. I was told that they are closed on the 24th and that the salesperson knew that.
If BAMDAD had just been honest, we would have picked up the order on the 23rd but all he cared about was his stats, his sales & his interest. We couldn't pick up our order for the purpose that we paid for.
When I reached out to the manager explaining the issue, it was a very nonchalant attitude of "why do you think BAMDAD would do that, it doesn't make any sense". The intention behind a salesperson's lies is not for the customer to figure out. Being assured that they will have a talk with that individual doesn't change the situation for the paying customer in the least bit.
Wouldn't deal with this nonsense again and would like to caution all customers to proceed with skepticism & caution and not to trust a word out of sales staff.
