  We purchased a sofa , mattress and bed . Priced well and we got good service . Delivery was on time also but when we unboxed we got a defective pcs bed on top what we saw at Leon’s for some reason kinda different . Not happy after spending around $5500 . We want to cancel and return everything. They offered $50 for damage which is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Aftab the rep and thapa the manager plz step up your game . We will return all . Please be care when doing business with them

  Based from our first experience with Leon’s Scarborough ,service from the sales agents( Haris and Aftab) including the agents staffs who answered our queries((Freda and the rest of the team)as well as the delivery department did really great and WOW service/s.They handled our items(appliances and furnitures) with care. We appreciated their services. Thank you Leon’s for the great service and the offers and discounts we had. Hoping to continue a great service with your company. Keep it up.

  This review is for the delivery service (in store experience was great). We were told the delivery folks would drop off the new couch, assemble it and take away the boxes. They showed up, were very rude, didn't say want they were doing, threw our cushions from the previous couch all over and told me they were my problem to deal with and left a pile of boxes in the middle of the living room. Not at all the experience we were told to expect.

  I recently purchased furniture and a TV from Leon’s Scarborough for my brand new home, and I am extremely impressed with the entire experience. A special shoutout to Robin Mitra, who was absolutely wonderful. He helped me choose the best furniture and TV options that suited my new home perfectly. His product knowledge, patience, and guidance made the whole process so smooth. On my second visit, due to Robin being unavailable, a miscommunication led to part of my order being placed to another store. But once Robin returned, he immediately called me, clarified everything, and went above and beyond to fix the issue. He even arranged free delivery for me — and I live 220 km away! He also secured great discounts and connected me with Mr. Nadeem from the appliances department. Even though I only needed a TV (as my builder provided the appliances), Nadeem was also very helpful and professional. The collection in the store is amazing—so good that customers like me end up happily confused while choosing the best furniture and electronics! The delivery team also deserves appreciation. The delivery arrived right on time, and the delivery guys were quick, efficient, and very professional. They handled everything with care, and the entire process was smooth. Overall, the service, professionalism, and genuine care from the team have been exceptional. I will definitely recommend Leon’s Scarborough and especially Robin to my friends and family. Looking forward to more business with them in the future. Highly satisfied ✌️

  I purchased a Canadian made Kingsdown Queen size mattress from Leon's in Whitby South two days ago. Salesman 'Ochie' was very helpful and knowledgeable. The mattress was delivered today within the time frame allotted. They supplied a real time delivery tracking email and I received a phone call from Leon's just prior to the truck's arrival. The whole process from purchase to delivery was very smooth and efficient. I have 120 days sleep trial to exchange it if need be. i'm very pleased with the purchase and service.
