Parking is easy and right in front, so quick trips are convenient. Inside, the store feels organized and not crowded — paint, tools, plumbing parts, and seasonal items are fairly simple to find. Staff have been approachable and willing to help when I needed direction on products. Prices are similar to other hardware chains, but you can catch good weekly sale deals if you check flyers. Checkout has usually been smooth for me, especially on weekday afternoons.

I waited there for 20 minutes until I flagged down another employee for help. This other employee, Jordan(?), had no sense of urgency and could have been more considerate to provide customer care. I understand Jordan worked in the plumbing area and was just trying to help but he moved like molasses and if I were allowed, I would have climbed that ladder and found the door knobs I was looking for in no time. Before he called over another employee to help him, he told me they didn’t have the product that was marked as 18 in stock via website. Shame on William for ended his shift without notifying a waiting customer that no help was on the way. And shame on Jordan for holing a customer care role and providing very little.

I had to move a huge step ladder myself I almost hurt my arm and back to get to the tiles I wanted to purchase. The website is no better they have promos if you spend a certain amount and then they change the quota when added to cart just wow! This may be closing soon with the lack of customer service alone it won’t be a shock. No pride, shame!

Found someone who gave me an aisle number which helped but once there I didn't encounter another employee until I went back to the Pro Desk to find... The same guy! He did help me by telling me they were out of stock. I found it odd that a store of that size where I went from one corner to the middle opposite side and didn't find a single person to assist.

How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
