  Service was excellent. Quality of my vertical blinds has left me disappointed. Not at all as my last ones also purchased from your store. One strip has already broken off the clip of the rod. Very flimsy. I was very impressed with the quick response from Blinds To Go. Jason was very professional and efficient in assisting me and solved my problem. Blinds To Go do stand behind their products and took care of all my concerns. Thank you Jason. I will continue to shop at Blinds To Go and highly recommend to anyone searching for window coverings for a smooth and pleasant experience.

  Scam. Do not buy from here. We purchased roller blinds from Blinds to Go from one of their in home sales associates Fred. Fred was nice enough and assured us regarding the quality of their products and that they are covered by a “lifetime warranty” so we will have piece of mind. However, once installed the issues started immediately. The blinds did not roll properly, often got jammed and the strings would spontaneously snap. It has been just over 6 months and we have had to have the blinds repaired 3 times. Finally, our infant so son’s blackout blinds got stuck open disrupting his sleep. When we called Frank he admitted this falls under warranty but that we would need to start paying for repairs, which is not mentioned anywhere. Imagine, Blinds to Go will sell you a lemon and charge you for a lifetime to repair it. This is cynical conduct and I would warn anyone not to buy their products lest you get stuck in this trap as well. We may need to purchase new blinds from a more honest and reputable dealer to replace ones that keep breaking down.

  Service was great, installation was easy, but the fit is very snug. I gave specific measurements of the opening they had to fit in, and I was assured the blinds would be made smaller than the opening. They are indeed smaller, but really not by much, and it's a tight fit. Still works tho!
