Everything was smooth and professional from start to finish. A special thank you to the manager, Ms. Shima. She was extremely kind, respectful, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. Her customer service is truly outstanding. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and professional storage services.
