- BWBrittany WongSep 27, 20241.0Doesn't work. The machine needs servicing because it's inaccurate. I made 1 copy of my key and it didn't work so I thought I'd try once more. Not only did the 2nd copy not work, but I only asked for 1 key and it added the option of 2 extra keys and a brass one, all of which didn't work. Photos for proof. Look at the 2nd ridge from the tip of the key vs the original (furthest left). There's an additional ridge added to each key that was just cut. Their customer service is easy, however and easy to request a refund by phone.
