Was so helpful and pleasant even though we said we were only looking at the time. We went back this week to purchase the sectional and were pleased that Ioana was working. Ioana is a wonderful sales lady and having worked in retail for many years, I can say she has great customer service skills. Something I am sad to say is lacking in too many businesses. Happy to say our sectional pieces were in their warehouse and will be delivered on Nov. 20.
