We just bought a mattress at this store. Ishika was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable advising us on different mattresses and all the details in order to understand and address our needs.
The Accountings staff was also very helpful and reliable.
Flawless experience and also a huge and well displayed store.

I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s Furniture Richmond Hill.
We purchased a sofa set for over $3,500, expecting reasonable quality based on what the salesperson promised. We also paid an additional $544 for extended warranty, expecting proper support if any issues arose.
After about one year, the fabric has significantly deteriorated — it looks worn, with loose fibers and visible damage. This is clearly not normal wear for such a short period.
We have been following up with customer service for over 3–4 months. Two technicians were sent, and one even attempted to use a fabric shaver, but clearly acknowledged that the issue is not lint — it is the material quality itself.
Despite this, there has been no proper resolution, no accountability, and very weak follow-up. Visiting the store in person did not help — management was not available and no one took responsibility.
Instead of addressing the issue properly, the store suggested that the problem should have been reported earlier, shifting responsibility to the customer. This is unacceptable, especially considering the condition developed within a year.
The only option offered was to reselect another set with a 20% restocking fee, which is unreasonable given that the issue is clearly related to product quality — not misuse.
The attached photos clearly show the condition of the fabric. This is not normal wear for a one-year-old sofa.
We are extremely disappointed and regret this purchase. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend thinking twice before buying from this store — especially regarding product quality, warranty value, and after-sales service.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Leon’s regarding a bedroom set purchase.
After only 20 months of normal use by a single person, the bed frame suddenly collapsed on April 2nd while I was sleeping due to a broken support leg and parts of frame. There were no prior warning signs.
I reported the issue immediately the same day both in-store and through customer service. While I appreciate the responses I received, the resolution offered was a 20% usage fee along with a store credit that must be used within 30 days.
In my view, a bed frame should last significantly longer than this under normal use. A sudden structural failure like this raises concerns about product durability and quality. I had hoped for a more reasonable and customer-focused resolution.
I am sharing this experience so that others can make informed decisions.
Thanks for the reply. I understand the warranty, but a bed frame breaking after about 20 months of normal use doesn’t seem right.
I reported it right away, and I still feel the solution offered isn’t fair

I recently had an excellent experience with Leon’s Furniture. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The selection in-store was impressive, with a wide variety of styles and options to choose from, all at very competitive prices. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations and feels built to last.
Delivery was also seamless, with clear communication and an updated time schedule, which made planning very easy.
Overall, a fantastic experience—I would highly recommend Leon’s to anyone looking for quality furniture and great service.

Avoid This Store – Terrible Service and Broken Promises
I strongly recommend staying away from Leon’s. My experience has been a series of delays, damaged products, and absolute unprofessionalism. Our sales rep was Nicholas, but once the sale was finalized, the service completely evaporated.
The BBQ Nightmare
We purchased a BBQ that was delivered with missing items. Specifically, we were promised a cover that four months later still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, the BBQ itself has broken pieces resulting from their incompetent installation team.
The Stained Couch
Our new couch arrived stained. It took a ridiculous three months for them to even send someone out to look at it. When they finally showed up to clean it, they couldn't even remove the stain. Essentially, I’m stuck with a brand-new, dirty piece of furniture.
Rude and Messy Service
The general furniture we ordered was missing steps for the installation. When they finally sent someone to "fix" the issue, the technician was incredibly rude. He left my own tools and debris all over the floor and had the audacity to blame me for a "remove piece" instruction that was completely invisible.
Zero Support
The customer support is some of the worst I’ve encountered. They don't respond to inquiries, and when you finally do get a hold of someone, they lie about following up.
Save yourself the headache and your money. I will never shop here again.
Nicholas mentioned that we will arrange pick up of our accessories from this store through his wife that works in this location, but they never followed through. We waited 4 months for a cover, that was supposed to be ready in a month.
