    Unfortunately came to this location to find a Bedroom set and Unfortunately no member of the sales team seem interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Walked the whole store couldn't get a simple "hello can I help you". When I decide to leave the store I saw 4 employees gathered around the recliners having a conversation. Was not happy with the customer service at this location.

    We went to The Brick to buy furniture for our home. Everything seemed fine until they sold us the items. The day after delivery, none of the promises they made were kept. The sofa I ordered didn’t fit my living room, and I requested an exchange less than 24 hours after delivery, but they refused. They also charged me $350 for a useless warranty. Honestly, none of their promises help the customer — they just want to sell. Very disappointed with this experience.

    I am very disappointed with their customer service. I feel scammed. We want there to buy a new washer and dryer. The sales rep gave us a package that included delivery and installation. The guys came and said we don’t install when the lines are in the cabinet. My husband and I were shocked. we paid for installation. They said no we can’t complete this service, you need to go to the store to speak with the sales representative. The delivery guy said they should have told you guys when you were purchasing the product. I have three kids and that meant I won’t have my washer and dryer up and running on the same day. It seems like they only care about their commission, they forget about their clients once they process payment. I paid extra for a plumber to come connect the system. Absolutely horrible customer service. They don’t answer you on the phone. I will never ever buy anything from Brick again and I will make sure no one around me does. I am very unhappy. I paid for service and I didn’t receive it.
