I was promised delivery later in the same week as my purchase, but it was changed to delivery nine days later. Although the unit was delivered in a box, I wonder if it was indeed "untouched", as there is a scratch on the inner wall of the unit. Not a perfect experience ... I'd be reluctant to do future purchases.

The sales person was attentive and answered all of our questions. The delivery date came two weeks earlier than expected. The delivery service was awesome with a text tracker that allowed real time tracking for the driver. The two delivery men came in, assembled the couch and placed it where we wanted and took all the packaging away. We are extremely happy with our couch.

It was a delivery of 2 bed headboards...the live tracker texted and emailed to me was a great service and convenience to customers. However, the delivery team did not remove their winter wet outdoor shoes nor bring indoor booties in consideration of keeping customer's home dry and clean.

The initial sales process was adequate, but the subsequent delivery and service failures were unacceptable. After I took time off work, our delivery was canceled during the scheduled window via a single text message. When I called for help, customer service told me the manager was "too busy" to speak with me and flippantly suggested I just cancel my order rather than offering a solution.
This lack of empathy was especially distressing as the furniture was for my son, who has autism and relies on a structured environment. We had already disposed of his old furniture in anticipation of the delivery, making a five-day delay impossible for our family.
While a manager eventually called back and rescheduled for the following day, the experience remained flawed. The delivery team was professional and efficient, but they failed to remove their boots or use floor protection, tracking snow and salt throughout our home. Between the dismissive customer service and the lack of care for our property, this was a very poor experience. Avoid them!

COMPLETED A PURCHASE ON OCTOBER 27, 2025. New washing machine, new dryer and new queen bed with queen box spring and a new metal bed frame. After countless email messages, texts and voice calls, the products were delivered on DECEMBER 4, 2025. THE WASHING MACHINE was connected with the cold and hot hoses. But the delivery team never installed the drain hose from the washing machine to the main drain line of my home! FURTHERMORE, THE DELIVERY TEAM OF FOUR LEFT THE QUEEN BED AND BOX SPRING STILL WRAPPED IN PLASTIC IN A DOOR WAY BETWEEN MY KITCHEN AND SOLARIUM. IN ADDITION, THE METAL BED FRAME BOX STILL CONTAINING THE NEW METAL BED FRAME WAS LEFT LEANING AGAINST MY KITCHEN WALL. THE DELIVERY TEAM LEFT MY HOME WITH THE SCREEN DOOR FULLY OPENED AND THE MAIN DOOR OPENED LETTING COLD WINTERY AIR TO FLOOD MY HOME. AS I WAS BLOCKED IN MY OWN HOME IN A BEDROOM, I SOMEHOW USED BRUTE FORCE TO DRAG THE QUEEN BED AND BOX SPRING FURTHER INTO MY HOME TO REACH THE DOORS TO CLOSE THEM. BY THIS TIME THE DELIVERY TEAM AND THEIR TRUCK ALREADY LEFT MY DRIVEWAY TWENTY MINUTES PRIOR! WHILE ON SITE, THE FOUR MEN TALKED IN THEIR NATIVE LANGUAGE (NOT ENGLISH) WITH MINIMAL USE OF ENGLISH! AFTER RE-VISITING THIS STORE ON DECEMBER 5, 2025 AND SPEAKING WITH THE ON-DUTY MANGER, A SETTLEMENT WAS REACHED TO COMPLETE THIS DELIVERY WHICH AN INSTALLER VISITED MY HOME ON DECEMBER 9, 2025. FUTURE PURCHASES WILL BE COMPLETED ELSEWHERE!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies.
