Very impressed by the delivery service of The Brick. We live in BC and we were having furniture delivered to a Retirement Home in Richmond Hill, Ontario. The constant notification for the delivery window and the notification on how many more deliveries until ours was very helpful. Then a map came up showing where the delivery truck was and where it was going. Great job!

The people here are not organized, they said they had my order ready on Tuesday and now it is Saturday morning and no one has prepared our item. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and no update, everytime I ask for an update they say “1minute” they also didn’t give us the right shipping time for our other items and they couldn’t wait for us to reach the location. Really bad customer service

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
We ordered a refrigerator and a coffee machine at the end of October with a promised delivery in November. After multiple delays and no explanation or apology, the refrigerator finally arrived in mid-December — badly damaged.
We had to return it and I was forced to purchase a temporary refrigerator. I also paid out of pocket for a technician to install the custom door panels.
After waiting several more months, the replacement refrigerator finally arrived in March — and it was damaged again during transportation. Because of the damage we were unable to install the door panels and once again had to pay the technician.
After many calls to customer service, no one took responsibility for the delays, damages, or the extra expenses we had to pay. The only solution offered was a $1000 credit, which does not come close to covering months of waiting, inconvenience, and additional costs.
The other option offered was simply to return the refrigerator after waiting months.
Very disappointing service and extremely frustrating experience. I still waiting for the coffee machine no news and follow up.
I really recommend everyone not to go to the brick especially Richmond Hill location.

We recently bought a king-size mattress from The Brick, and the whole experience was great. Delivery was right on schedule, exactly as agreed.
What impressed us even more was the delivery team — they kindly helped carry the mattress up to the second floor, which was a huge help (my wife and I definitely couldn’t have managed it on our own).

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.
