    We participated in Leon’s 50th Anniversary draw, and upon having our numbers checked, we were informed that we had won an L2 7.0 cu. ft. deep freezer. When we stated that we did not have enough space in our vehicle that day, we were assured that we could return within one week to pick it up. However, when we went back within the promised time frame, we were told that the product was no longer available and that we needed to contact customer service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through customer service, we were never able to receive the prize we rightfully won. Despite this disappointing and unprofessional experience, we still proceeded to purchase a living room set worth approximately $3,400 from Leon’s. Unfortunately, the sofa was delivered with a tear. While I trust that this issue will be addressed, the situation regarding the deep freezer has caused significant frustration and has completely undermined my confidence in the company. I am deeply disappointed that such a large and well-established company refused to provide a prize that we legitimately won, offering excuses that were neither reasonable nor acceptable. This conduct is highly concerning and reflects a lack of accountability and customer respect. I am sharing my experience so that others can be informed and aware of this matter, as I believe this practice is both misleading and damaging to consumer trust.

    I've been shopping at this Leons for over 25 years now. I recently went with my daughter who purchased a couch and Gold helped us out. He was a great help, not pushy and allowed everything to be in a smooth process!

    I would suggest not to purchase anything from Leon's Long story short, my freezer of 3 years old died. Luckily the one kicking around in the basement that's 35 years old still worked and was able to save some of the food Purchased the "extended warranty" for $140 additional. They sub contract repairs to a 3rd party company. When I called them to set up a repair time I was given a window of 8am - 4pm This is not acceptable in today's day and age. I am expected to reserve an entire day, and take the day off work for someone to come and do a 30 minute repair. The rep said the technician will call between 8 and 10. I instructed the rep to call me on the phone number I'm using, as the one on the file is a landline. I did not get a call on the number I requested and didn't receive a call on the land line until 11:35. Now being forced to set up another time. Leon's has lost a customer and I will be sure to advocate against anyone else doing business with them.
