Placed an online order early February to be picked up at this location, I was told it would be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks. It's now March. I have waited all this time but was told that I can only pick up a already assembled product at this location or go to Scarborough and pick up a new item. No other option was given, no apologies for the poor communication / logistics for such a large company.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience with Leon’s.
I financed a purchase through Flexiti with their “0% financing” plan. Which is not quite right ;for me it is 20% interest in 3 years!
Before delivery, I cancelled one item and the order amount was reduced. However, my monthly payments were never adjusted and are still based on the original purchase. I even asked them to let me pay the whole amount at once.(I have paid $169 to finance $ 503 purchase for 3 years! but still need to pay $42 per Month in 1.5 years!!)
I contacted Leon’s customer care and the store manager multiple times, and both said they cannot cancel and resubmit the financing to correct the payments, even though Flexiti confirmed Leon’s must do this. It seems their system is not flexible enough to adjust changes, compensate or ensure customers are not losing money.
Since the issue was not resolved, I have escalated the matter to Ontario consumer protection authorities. Think multiple times before purchasing anything from Leon’s.

HELLO I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY that Leon’s has personally funded my villain origin story.
We bought a mattress for $1,100.
Seven days later — not seven business months, not seven fiscal quarters — SEVEN DAYS — it dropped to $300.
That is not a sale.
That is a prank.
That is a social experiment.
That is Ashton Kutcher about to jump out and say I’ve been Punk’d.
So we did what any normal, logical, oxygen-breathing human would do and said:
“Hi yes hello, we are within the 30-day return window, can we simply return this and repurchase it at the new price?”
Apparently that was illegal.
Apparently this request was equivalent to asking them to hand-craft us a new mattress stuffed with ethically sourced goose down and the tears of their regional manager.
Instead, we were treated like we tried to return a mattress after dragging it behind a pickup truck across the 401.
The mattress hasn’t even broken in yet. It still squeaks like it’s shy. It hasn’t developed a personality.
I didn’t realize the mattress came with a complimentary clown costume so we could fully embrace paying $800 extra for fun.
It feels like trading your whole Halloween candy stash for one KitKat and then watching the kid you traded with dump the rest of the candy in the street for free.
It feels like buying a $1,100 prom dress and then seeing it at Value Village while you’re still wearing it.
I’ve never felt gaslit by foam before.
Sleep Number? More like Sleep Regret.
And the refusal? Not even a gentle “sorry, policy.”
No. It was spicy. It was seasoned. It had crunch.
I have seen less hostility during Black Friday at a Walmart TV aisle.
We were asking to use THE POLICY. The one with numbers and words and everything.
Now every night I lie down and the mattress whispers:
“$300.”
“$300.”
I swear I heard the box spring laugh.
I am being haunted by discounted foam.
I wake up at 2 am like a Victorian child coughing into a handkerchief except instead of tuberculosis it’s PRICE INJUSTICE.
Anyway.
If you see me under a bridge calculating $800 divided by 7 days while eating dry cereal out of the box, mind your business.
Sweet dreams to everyone except the pricing department.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Leon’s Furniture - Richmond Hill. We have purchased many items from this location, and every time the service has been excellent.
A special thank you to "Sam" for his outstanding support throughout our purchases. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are satisfied. His guidance made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
We are very happy with our furniture and truly appreciate the consistent customer care. I highly recommend this store and especially Sam if you’re looking for a great shopping experience.

Last week when I purchased appliances here, Ishika asked me to leave a 5-star review, and I did. Unfortunately, my experience today was completely different. They sent me the wrong size appliance, and when I returned to have THEIR mistake corrected, Ishika, customer service, and the manager all refused to help and simply said it was a final sale.
This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. A business should stand behind its own errors instead of pushing the problem onto the customer.
I was planning to come back and buy more items for my basement, but after this experience, I have completely lost trust. I would not recommend this place.
