  I always had a great experience at JYSK! The team was incredibly helpful and assisted me with everything I needed for my business, which made the whole process so smooth. A special thank you to Niurka for going above and beyond, she was kind, patient, and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I also love that they offer a B2B discount, which is a huge plus. Excellent customer service all around.

  Niurka went above and beyond for my friend Sam. My friend wanted a comforter set but they didn’t have it in the size she needed so she said a shipment was coming in the next day so took her name and number so she could get it for her. Unfortunately there was no more came in so she called the Belleville store and had one come from there for her. My friend really appreciated it and was so happy. She gave good customer service. That is something rear these days.

  I had an excellent experience at the JYSK Qunite West location. My closest store didn’t have the chair I wanted, so I called ahead to check availability. Kiera was incredibly helpful-she took the time to physically confirm the item was in stock, which I appreciated since it was an hour-long drive for me. When I arrived, Niurka was absolutely amazing! She not only helped me with the chair but assisted me in picking out a few additional items. She went above and beyond by helping load everything into my very small car. I would happily shop at this location again. Highly recommended!

  Just another day with more exquisite service. I went to get a foam topper and was approached by Arthi. She stopped what she was doing and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes and she immediately took me to the bed to try it the different toppers. She asked what kind of bed I had and let me try the different toppers on the bed until I found the one that would work. She even told me about the return policy and asked if I needed the military discount. Good service is hard to find and I have to say she passed without even trying. True excellence. Promote her.

  Fell in love with the Myga planters from JYSK. Went to order some more planters online and discovered that the only JYSK still stocking them in my region is at the Trenton store which is about an hour away from me. Most folks would have moved on from this side quest, however, I really love these planters. They've held up for years with much neglect on my part.. As a lazy plant gurly I typically leave them in direct sun with soil filled to the brim outside over winter. 5 years later my Myga planters are still standing. No cracks and make a quite the stylish addition to my patio plantscape...So yeah these planters are 100% with the trip. After about a millisecond of deliberation, I promotly ordered online the last 4 in stock. Within an hour, I recieved a call from Ingrid from the Trenton store, who will be tracking down the pots for pickup. She's a total gem. It was my first time ordering online, the whole process was smooth, and Ingrid really made the experience top tier. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
