We just wanted to express our thanks to your Rona Pickering sales representative (Shaun) and Manager (Ramzi) for how they handled the problem with their dysfunctional warehouse delivery system which delivered the wrong freezer to us instead of our convertible Freezer that we ordered. It was because of your Manager (Ramzi) who was very knowledgeable about this warehouse issue that happened to us and explained how it happened and asked us to trust him to deal with that issue and he would resolve it. Ramzi worked very hard and thoughtfully and he even ordered an extra convertible Freezer he said in case there was something wrong with our order to avoid an inconvenience to us again. We appreciated his thoughtful effort and he deserves to be called a great manager!!!
***Ps: We want to you know that the delivery men didn’t follow your rule of wearing Disposable Shoe Covers inside our house when carrying the freezer through our hallway and down the carpeted stairs to the basement. We even offered our Disposable Shoe Covers and they refused to do so. I am glad my wife prepared ahead of time and put the sheets on the carpeted stairs all the way down to the laundry room before they came, otherwise they could mess up the carpeted stairs by getting them all wet, and dirty. As the result we saw the wet dirty marks on the sheets we put on there after they left. Therefore, we can’t use those sheets for the same purpose use in future because they ruined them and so we had to throw them out.

After striking out at multiple other hardware stores where help felt as rare as a left handed screwdriver, we walked into Rona in Pickering as a last resort. What we found instead was a masterclass in customer service.
Noel immediately stepped up and asked the right questions. He was honest and straightforward, telling me I needed to bring in the actual part I was replacing so he could make sure we got the exact match. No guessing. No shrugging. Just someone who genuinely wanted to solve the problem properly.
A few days later, we came back with the part in hand. Not only did Noel help us without hesitation, he actually remembered us. My family tends to wander the aisles exploring everything in sight, so we are not exactly low profile shoppers. Seeing him recognize us and jump right back into helping made the experience feel personal, not transactional.
Because of Noel, Rona is no longer our last resort. It is our first stop. Great guy, amazing customer service, and there is something refreshing about being greeted by a friendly, familiar face when you walk through the doors.
We will always choose Rona because of Noel.

My wife and I went shopping for certain appliances Stove, dishwasher and Microwave for our kitchen Reno.
We saw what we liked and needed advice and product information.
Fortunately the department manager Ramzi was available to service our needs.
We ended up adding a Fridge to our list----and were happy with our decision.
Also----prior to that Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful helping us decide on our sink and tap.
We're looking forward to the end result.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. What are the terms and conditions of making payments online?
You can use a Mastercard, Visa or Rona credit card to pay for your purchases online — by entering the cardholder name and address on the account statement when you make your purchase. Is my online order confirmation page considered an official receipt?
No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. You will need to bring your "Ready for Pick-up" email with you as proof of purchase. This notice includes a copy of your consumer agreement. You should keep it in your records for future reference.
When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
Most of the products you can purchase online are available within 2 hours of placing your order. You can check the final processing time for your order at the top of your shopping cart page. If one of the items on the order is available within 7 to 10 days, it will take us 7 to 10 days to get it ready for pick-up or delivery.
Where should I go to pick up my order?

How do I know that truck/van is available for rental at RONA+ location?
If you see a truck or van parked at the store, that’s the first sign that it’s available for rent. To save yourself a trip, you can call the RONA store’s customer service desk ahead of time to confirm availability. Rentals are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I qualify for the vehicle rental?
To rent a vehicle, you must:
> Be at least 21 years old
> Hold a valid full driver’s license (not a graduated license)
> Provide proof of insurance in your name
> Present a major credit card
NOTE: For the Province of Saskatchewan, the customer must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license.
Do RONA+ charge deposit for the truck/van rental?
A deposit of $500 for all rentals will be charged before we rent the van to a valid credit card. After inspection deposit will be refunded less the rental fee when customer return the van/truck.
How do I pay for the truck/van rental?
We accept all major credit cards.
Please note that cash, checks, gift cards, money orders, or prepaid visa cards are NOT accepted as payment for vehicle rentals. Store associates do not receive discounts on truck rentals and are charged the same rental fee as the customer.
Do RONA offer insurance for the vehicle rental?
At this time, RONA+ does not provide rental insurance. You’ll need to use your own liability insurance that covers non-owned vehicle rentals. Please make sure the proof of insurance is under the renter’s name.
What is your return policy for truck / van rental?
Returns are simple! When you bring back the vehicle, we’ll do a quick walkaround inspection and check the fuel gauge. As long as the vehicle is in the same condition and fuel level as when you rented it, you’re good to go.
