I am past due on my account but I stated that I was going to be there on Saturday. Saturdays they are open. And I like to be able to pay in person. I don't like to pay online. When I showed up Saturday morning nobody was there. I had some other stuff I had to be able to do. I carried on and did what I need ed to do. When I returned still nobody was there after 4 hours. Reason why I need to be able to pay it today so that I can be able to remove some of the stuff from which I have in my unit. This is an issue due to the fact that because my vehicle is not working I had to be able to have somebody be able to drive me here. Therefore I'm going to invoice the company since I needed to be able to pay it today and nobody was there. They said that they were going to be open and they lied. Any other fees that are going to be reflected due to the fact that they were closed today is on them not on me and I am not paying it. The person that I had drive me up here phoned the company and somebody answered the phone stating that they were there at Fisher Drive and said that they would be there until 430pm. We showed up and it was closed.
