- RRRichard RobinsonFeb 16, 20261.0Started off decent. Wife & I had 2 units @ the deal they had running think it was 75% off for 8weeks then after that went to full price @ $500 a month. Thats where we should have ended everything. Talked to the staff about any other deals for existing customers because obviously didn't want to pay $500 a month for a storage unit. I was told about a 1 time 50% off deal for 1 month. But to get that deal you have to completely move units. Done. Wife canceled her unit and contract with Access Storege. I moved out of my unit into my wife's old unit (2doors down) under the new agreement/contract for 1 month @ 50% off rate. For that 1 month @ 50% off agreement my wife's card was charged (who was no longer a customer) and wasn't just charged the 50% rate. She was charged the full 100% rate of $500 for the 1 month. This was Dec 18th.. fast forward to now. We are still trying to get a 50% of that charge back. The lack of help and even communication from this company has been ridiculous they will go weeks without getting back to you until you reach back out to them. So not only will break agreements/contracts with you but they will also charge people who aren't even customers anymore and charge you whatever they feel like.
