I would have given a 5 star rating had the product order been fulfilled in quicker time.
Took 6 weeks to get a flyer sale item .
I don’t think this is unusual for any merchant these days but it is terribly long to wait when you don’t have a working appliance . The salesperson s and delivery were amazing and respectful. Thank you
Leon's customer service has been great, to date, but it's too bad the quality of the furniture we purchased has let us down and now has to be returned to their shop for repair. Very dissappointing and inconvenient, given our style and location of house.

Had a great experience with floor salesman Mike L. He walked me through several options, explained everything well, and presented the back-room pieces professionally.
I eventually bought a TV stand and a chaise sofa from the back room, and both were in great condition when selected. Mike was especially helpful in picking out the TV stand in the best condition available.
Unfortunately, the TV stand was damaged in 2 places during the move. One support foot was broken, which wasn’t too serious since I was still able to position the block underneath where it needed to go. More frustrating was that the side metal cross beams had the screws stripped out—it looked like someone may have grabbed it for support while moving it. It was disappointing to have the movers damage it before it was fully set up.
That said, the sofa has been perfect and is exactly what I needed for my upcoming surgery recovery.

The service was excellent from the store salesman to the tracking and delivery. Delivery was on time, the delivery team was careful, efficient and friendly. The quality of the furniture is top notch, we are very happy. I would highly recommend Leon's Owen Sound. Thank you Leon's.

Bought in Collingwood and shipped from
Owen Sound. So this review is strictly on delivery. First issue we had was we did not receive a phone call, text message, or email the day before with a time frame for delivery (when I stated this I was merely met with “we don’t forget to notify”). Second they called as they were in our drive way and no one was home as we figured we would at least receive a call prior to them arriving and we would be able to get home before they got here. They then left stating they weren’t sure if they could come back or not. I spoke with Whitney who was helpful getting them to come back and was decently pleasant to speak with. However, Third we were the told they would not go up our driveway due to ice (pictures are of our “icey” drive way merely 30mins after they left). We were asked to salt the driveway, and if that couldn’t be done they needed us to bring our trailer down to the end of the driveway so they could unload there. Or they would have to reschedule to drop off (so we hooked up our own truck and trailer and met them at the bottom of the lane). Now there are a few spots that had thin ice easily broken when a vehicle drove over and it’s definitely not even a majority of the driveway. (Meanwhile they had already driven up the laneway the first time they came).
