  Do not order Decor-Rest sofa unless you are prepared to wait!! We were told Christmas wasn't possible but shortly after. Now delivery is Jan 31. Not really shortly after. Should have taken another route. Do so yourself and don't believe the sales rep... we were told 6-8 weeks. Ordered Nov 5 2025 Delivery now quoted as Jan 31 2026 ...12 weeks 3 days! Unacceptable Thank you for the empty words. It still doesn't change the fact that I was told one thing to sell the product and in reality the end result is very different If you would like to change the delivery date then I would be impressed but certainly not after that reply.

  We have shopped at Leons Owen Sound for furniture and appliances a few times now and, very recently we bought some living room furniture. The showroom has a variety on display to get a good feel for what you may want to buy. We want to thank Amy Portengen from sales team for her help to us in answering our questions, providing insights in product options, making style/ color selection and meticulously tracking our order up to the final delivery. The after-sales team staff, Nikita Lloyd was helpful in following up and scheduling servicing with the deliveries. Jordi and his logistics team were super helpful in carefully setting up the furniture items on both levels of my residence. Overall we are very satisfied with Lyons Owen Sound. Thank you.

  From the sales person (Gunner),to the delivery men my experience was excellent. Gunner is very professional and knowledgeable, he even came in on his day off to help another customer. This kind of customer service is rare. The delivery and set up was very professional as well. I purchased a sectional,nesting tables,area rug and a beautiful cordenz. Will certainly recommend Leon's.   Our new sofa was expected in February but we were so happy that it arrived in December. Usually it's late not early. The delivery guys were excellent. They are so pleasant, respectful and considerate. Always a pleasure to deal with Leons.

  Hubby went in on a Saturday. Purchased a microwave and extended warranty. . Picked it up from the warehouse. Opened the box Sunday morning, it was the wrong one. Called Leons, no one could help us since no one was at the warehouse. Lady on the phone said it would have to be during the week, before 4:30 or next Saturday. We couldn't wait for next Saturday, and we couldn't be there by 4:30, so I took the morning off on Monday to go and sort it out. Gentleman on the floor was extremely nice and helpful as was the lady doing the paper work. I explained that since this wasn't our fault and an error on their end solely, I felt some small compensation was in order, anything, even something small, even $20 bucks off, or towards future purchase... something to say they were sorry and my time was valuable to someone.....I asked the lady at the counter. She went and asked the manager. Here is my one star rating....for Jen! She was a hard no, from the comfort of her office. I asked the lady again for a second chance. She got another sales man. I explained to him. He went back to Jen. Still a hard no. He apologized. Based on principle and having Jen make a customer feel not valued, I said I was returning the microwave. The front staff were amazing and said I expressed myself with dignity and respect. There was no reason for Jen not to come out and address this herself. She hid behind her amazing staff. I could only see her reflection on the office window and door. She wasn't on the phone and not in/or on a meeting. I guess I wasn't worth it to her. We'll remember that when we need to purchase our next items. I took my receipt over the the Brick. They price matched and gave us the newer model. Easy breezy. We had an issue at the beginning of covid the our local Leons. Leons in Barrie helped us and shopped a new living room set over. We didn't complain...chalked it up to covid. But after this time, no excuses. Jen has no customer service skills. If this is her regular way to deal with customers, I have no idea how or why she's a manager. Not a good role leader. The amazing staff must be getting a good role model from somewhere else. I hope the owner replies to this review with some explanation. But seems like they only reply to the reviews that give them a pat on the backs. We'll see. I doubt it though.
