Warranty process for our couch was smooth from the get go. Regular updates from customer care and a super friendly, efficient tech that serviced our couch (who didn't mind the "floor helpers" 😺 who like getting into everyone business). Owen Sound Leons has always been a pleasure to deal with, and this the first time we've had to have a service call... and it's actually made me more of a fan. Thanks for everything!

The Tyler and Clayton were very perfessional, they took their boots off at the door, put a moving pad on the floor at the entrance. Attitude was very nice, made sure the bed was working correctly before they left . Took pictures of were the mattress was rubbing on the side rail. I had heard from other friends that how much they liked the delivery men. We now know who they were talking about.
The delivery men that came to my house a couple weeks prior, was another story. I wouldn't even rate them.

Everything with the delivery drivers was great. They were on time and tidy and got everything delivered we had asked for. Only issue was we were told they would remove cardboard and take garbage with them, but they didn’t, saying it was against policy. We were told this by two different sales people, but delivery was instructed differently. Other than that, everything was great.
The sales person at the store was friendly and answered questions. Scott was able to arrange that we had same week delivery as our existing fridge had died. The delivery staff were friendly. It was a bit of a challenge for them to bring the large fridge into our century home as the doorways are not as wide. They explained what they had to do in order to bring the fridge into the house and set it up without issues.
