  Good quality product at a reasonable price. Also if your looking for live edge wood and furniture those are available at the out building beside the main building

  I went looking for an alternative option for my son's bed when the initial bed I ordered from a well known furniture store in Owen Sound was delayed 3 times, with a new expected delivery date of 9 weeks after purchase. I came across Country Charm and found an amazing option that was ready for delivery immediately. The quality surpasses my initial purchase and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely visit again for future furniture needs!

  Like the look of our live edge harvest table and 8 chairs but horrible company to deal with. After spending over $4000, the two arm chairs at ends of table don't even tuck in under the table as they are too high. So they are in another room and have never been used. When I called to speak with them about this issue I was told to take photos and email them. I did that and waited two weeks with no reply. I called to confirm email address just in case they didn't receive it. The email was correct and I was told at that time that the email would be brought to their attention. It has now been another three weeks and I have not heard back. Further, when the furniture was delivered, the guys installing it did not have enough screws to put into the table. It has been 7 months and still missing half the screws!!! I would never recommend this business. It's too bad because I really like the look of most of their things. Customer service is the worst I have seen in years!!
