The delivery personnel exhibited a lack of professionalism. Upon contacting the store, I was informed that they would replace the sofa due to damage caused during the delivery process. On a subsequent delivery attempt, the personnel arrived with a new sofa but refused to replace the entire unit, instead proposing to only replace the bottom section. I insisted that the entire sofa should be replaced. He then remarked that he believed the individual was not in a proper state of mind and suggested that he might have been under the influence of substances. and he left the sofa in the middle of the hallway. he refused to bring the new one inside and he took it with him

I am in love with my new furniture. I got a new adjustable bed, which was recommended and seriously well worth it. I am waiting on more furniture to be delivered soon and if the delivery goes as well as this one wow is all I can say. If your looking for quality stuff go see Daniel, this young man was super helpful, listened to what I wanted patient and very very knowledgeable plus very polite and friendly and not at all pushy. I am one happy customer.

The store service was great but the delivery crew attitude was zero stars. One person didn't stop talking and complaining how heavy the new mattress was, they refused to move the old one - even though it was not old nor dirty at all only need to change because of my back - but turn around and grabbed the new mattress with bare dirty hands so I commented on his action and they end up leaving everything as is and left and did everything myself.

I had to buy furniture on short notice for my elderly mother who was moving into a care home. I appreciated the high level of customer service I received at the Brick during this difficult time. Daniele who was the sales person who helped me, patiently worked with me to find suitable furniture that met my mother's needs at the best possible price. He also ensued that the delivery would arrive before my mother moved in. Due to changes in circumstances I had to change the delivery date and contents of the order and Daniele was immediately available to help me with this issue. He resolved it quickly without any issues. I was cared for very well at this Brick location and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
