- JFJimbo Ford3 days ago1.0We ordered a washer, waited 2 weeks for it to be delivered to this store. went to pick it up but what they had waiting for us was a dryer. No compensation offered, no price match, no real solution of any kind even though I rented truck to pick up the machine and really need a washing machine since our baby is a dirty laundry factory. If you want a store you can order from reliably don't order here, I wish we ordered from Costco or home depot in the first place

I really appreciated his sales style and efficiency. The delivery was right on schedule and well executed, including the removal of my old mattress. I have always had good experiences at this store.

Horrible experience as after receiving a call day prior to to arrange set up for a new bed I asked the person to call back next day in morning as my wife would be avaliable but no return call.Finally, I contacted the installer but now we have to wait one week to have the bed installed so being the delivery being delivered today we will have boxes, etc sitting in a bedroom for a week . Awful service, no communication with customer service , no return call from installer causing more delay for set up. The store located in Gloucester east end of Ottawa. Let's hope at least it will be delivered as plan, today.

After they left, I started thinking we tip waitresses who bring us a cup of coffee, but why don’t we tip the guys that are breaking their back bringing in those heavy machines! I didn’t think and they left, but I hope the manager gives them a good review and thank you for the work they did! Please stop by my place, I will tip them! They’re very welcome to do so!
- BGBob GoodmanApr 10, 20263.0Pradeep was very good as the salesperson, however the deliver experience was less that acceptable. While we were told we would have our appliances installed, the delivery people were adamant that they did not install due to our location. As well, all the packing materials from the appliances were left in our driveway for us to deal with. So I ended up having to do the installation and now I have to deal with disposing of the packing materials as well. Not very happy about the delivery experience!

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
