  The gentleman that came to deliver our purchase were professional and courteous, they removed their shoes upon entering my home, they cleaned up all the packaging from the delivery and took it with them. I was very pleased with every aspect of my purchase from my salesperson to deliver, I will definitely be a return customer to Leon’s

  I bought a sofa set from Leon’s, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality was exactly as described, the design is beautiful and comfortable, and everything went smoothly with the order, service, and delivery. I’m very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them.

  I recently purchased furniture from Leon’s Furniture and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The team was helpful and patient while I made my decision, and they provided great recommendations without any pressure. Delivery was prompt and handled professionally. The product quality is excellent, and everything looks perfect in my home. I truly appreciate the service and will definitely return for future purchases.

  Delivery guys were so helpful and patient. But this time im not happy with Leon's itself .i purchased 4 matters from Leons on March.unlike other online shopping i didn't get any clear email about the delivery time and date and it kept me in a limbo till finally (i) called them and asked about it. She told me your queen is ready but your 3 twins has to come from Scarborough depot so we can do 2 separate deliveries or if you wait it will be same delivery on April 14. I said ok, today is April 14th and i just got queen and after i called them today they want me to keep waiting till almost end of April for those 3 mattress 🤷‍♀️ So i had to wait almost 2 months to get 4 mattress and it wasn't my expectations from Leon's according to my previous purchases. But still i rather Leon's than Brike👍🏆

  I had a great experience with Leon's Furniture. I'd like to highlight Mark's customer service skills and professionalism. He was truly fantastic! He was polite, warm, answered all of our questions and was very patient while we looked around and decided what worked best for us. He was very respectful. Not your typical pushy salesperson. Gave us time to walk around, think, discuss and come back to him with questions and ask him for guidance when something was unclear. Congratulations Leon's for having truly amazing people like Mark. And thank you Mark for all your help. We couldn't be happier with our purchase!
