Disappointed. The service was fine in the store. They didn't reach out for a delivery date until I called requesting a refund. They were supposed to remove the old washer. They left it on the front porch said they would pick it up later. That was Thursday morning. I have spoken to some one and said it would be removed this weekend.
The lack of professionalism and customer service in the overall experience is disappointing

We purchased a recliner sofa and an L-shaped chaise from The Brick. It wasn’t until delivery day that we were told we would have to assemble the L-shaped sofa ourselves — something that was never mentioned in-store at the time of purchase. Had we known this upfront, it would have influenced our decision.
When we opened the boxes, the instructions were extremely poor. There were no written steps or explanations, just four unclear pictures. For the amount of money spent, proper instructions should absolutely be expected. To put it into perspective, IKEA instructions are far better and much easier to follow than what we received here.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. We will not be purchasing from The Brick again. Next time, we’ll stick with IKEA — much easier and far less frustrating.

Service was great from start to finish. Went into store and was greeted right away, sales rep answered all questions and concerns. Ordered the product on Saturday and it was delivered Thursday right on time.
Delivery drivers were fast, curtious and very polite. Delivery was smooth. Overall great service. 2 thumbs up

Sales rep added no pressure nor chased us around the store like they did at Leons like vultures. He was very upfront about pricing and sale information based on it being Boxing Day. Availability was good and delivery time commitments were met as scheduled.

Never buying from that place again . I buy a bedroom set and a dishwasher and pay in full in store and once it came time for delivery it was missing pieces , one item was back ordered but some where now to February also never told it was going to be late , also no communication with Customer after purchase .

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
