    Had a great experience with Mark Redwood at The Brick while shopping for kitchen appliances. Mark was super helpful, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. He walked me through all the options, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. If you're heading to The Brick, definitely ask for Mark — he’s awesome!

    Ordered a washer and dryer on Oct 10th. On Nov 4th the delivery guys forgot the stacking kit, Nov 8th they delivered a broken washer, Nov 13th the delivery guy refused to install and left the washer blocking access to a room. As of now, the washer is still blocking the door as the instore team has "no control" over the delivery team. The store opted to hire a THIRD PARTY to come and install my washer and dryer. And after all this, only offered me $200 in compensation... not enough. To note, the sales man Omar was helpful, gave me a good deal and was able to find a new washer when a damaged one was delivered. My issues are with the delivery team and that the managers "hands are tied" and I have to wait a whole week with a washer restricting access to my breaker, hot water tank and furnace. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Very happy with the purchase! Needed lots of appliances, so checked some online and offline stores, but were not sure what is the best for us. Eventually we went to The Brick Kanata at 8231 CAMPEAU DRIVE (never purchased in the Brick stores before) and bought everything there. After 5 of so minutes of browsing sales agent Mark Redwood came to us, asked about our goals/budget/design etc and outlined few options/pros and cons, warranty etc. with each one. We enjoyed working with him, never were rushed, and appreciated how he tried to help. Great customer service! Will have this store as our primary choice for future purchases. Also, highly recommend the salesperson (Mark Redwood).
