    Don't want to give in store credit even so box is open with all components in the box. Operations manager is not worth talking to, speak directly with customer service on phone instead. Do yourself a favor and go to Leon's instead where you'll receive great customer service.

    I decided to pay a little extra for removal of my old washer/dryer, and for the installation of the new washer/dryer. Money well spent-spent. Everything was smooth. Guys were quick, polite, and efficient! They arrived within the delivery window and my favourite part of the experience was the tracking link they sent. I was able to know how many deliveries were ahead of mine so I didn’t have to sit and wonder when they would arrive. Thank you!

    Ordered a mattress for my daughter to be at the store on December 31st. On January 2nd I tried contacting the store with no answer via phone, went online to chat with a representative. The representative confirmed that the mattress would arrive in store by end of day and to wait for the call. No call came. January 3rd called store again nobody answered so I went online again. Once again the agent assured me 100% that my mattress would be available for pickup by end of day. In my frustration I called the store multiple times till someone answered. Finally someone answered and told me that they only receive shipments on Tuesdays and that my mattress was STILL IN Mississauga. I will NEVER be ordering from the brick ever again.

    Bought 3 items that required 3 separate deliveries. First two went fine, third was delayed repeatedly and required me to call in several times. This was not communicated by the store and I had to arrange everything from my end. Only recommend if you’re okay getting your furniture, eventually. Once the item was delivered, the delivery guys did a fantastic job and took care to not damage anything in my home and took away the old appliance.

    Extremely disappointed with The Brick. I was promised that my furniture would be assembled, but during delivery it was broken while they tried to put it together. They took it back and rescheduled. On Dec 24, right before Christmas, the delivery came again and I was told there would be no assembly. I refused the delivery. When I contacted the salesperson and manager, I was told assembly was never included—completely opposite of what I was promised. Very poor communication, stressful experience, and ruined the holiday mood. I regret shopping here.
