    BUYER BEWARE: I purchased a leather loveseat from the brick on October 26th. Upon arrival, the movers ended up cross threading 2 bolts of the sofa legs and left with two loose legs and seized bolts. I submitted a warranty request and still waiting to hear back for a repair date. I could barely use the product because the sofa wobbles and wiggles when you sit on it from being unstable. Two weeks later, after sitting on the loveseat probably only 3-4x I noticed heavy wrinkles , sagging and one of the cushions seems to lack material and feels off compared to the other cushion. I also noticed the leather already starting to peel also!! I submitted another warranty claim and email the Brick that I am unhappy with this product as I feel I have a lemon of a couch but they reiterated their firm (no return policy). It hasn’t even been 1 month that I’ve had this couch and it’s literally falling apart. Extremely disappointed after paying top dollar for “Italian leather” and ”quality” product from a reputable place. Take a look at the photo and you’ll see a clear difference between the left side and right side of the couch. I posted a picture of what the couch is suppose to look like from the showroom and see what I received from The Brick, it doesn’t even match up to the same quality. The couch I received is not even close to what was in the show room when it comes to the quality I felt. The brick reinforced there strict no return policy once the package is opened up and used. The Bricks warranty service is the biggest headache to deal with no satisfaction guarantee and no customer service. Don’t fall for there warranty claims it’s essentially a lost cause if you find an issue with your product. There are better stores out there with way better return policies and customer service because it sure feels like I got a couch from TEMU!

    Ordered a washer and dryer on Oct 10th. On Nov 4th the delivery guys forgot the stacking kit, Nov 8th they delivered a broken washer, Nov 13th the delivery guy refused to install and left the washer blocking access to a room. As of now, the washer is still blocking the door as the instore team has "no control" over the delivery team. The store opted to hire a THIRD PARTY to come and install my washer and dryer. And after all this, only offered me $200 in compensation... not enough. To note, the sales man Omar was helpful, gave me a good deal and was able to find a new washer when a damaged one was delivered. My issues are with the delivery team and that the managers "hands are tied" and I have to wait a whole week with a washer restricting access to my breaker, hot water tank and furnace. Absolutely unacceptable.

    After checking out several furniture stores, I felt that The Brick offered some of the best quality brands with affordable financing options through Flexiti. I was especially careful about choosing the right mattress, something worth the investment in the long term. I was also planning to buy a TV that would last for years. The selection at The Brick Cyrville store was impressive. Being able to see everything in person, compare different models, and explore various styles helped me feel confident about my choices. I ended up choosing the Scott Living queen-size firm mattress, and after about six months of sleeping on it, I’m very pleased with the comfort and quality. I also purchased a 55" Samsung QLED Series 8 TV, which has been one of my best purchases during this period. I’d also like to give a genuine thank-you to Atousa. She was incredibly professional, patient, and insightful, helping me find the options that suited my needs.

    DON’T SHOP HERE! Their policy protects the company not the customers. I was told by Frank the sales person that WE HAD to assemble our tv stand we bought. It was delivered and when we tried to assemble it, fell apart. I email to be told because I didn’t choose the to have assemble services, because I damaged the product, there would be now refund. Went to go speak with the Cyrville store, manager refused to speak to us, and I had to pay to have it picked up from my house. Funny how they waived the delivery fee when I spent money but because I’m return their inferior product, I suddenly had to pay. NEVER AGAIN

    Long story short: We ordered a washer, dryer, and a cosmetic mirror from The Brick. During delivery, the team left without stacking the washer and dryer. We initially thought they had stepped out and would return, also our old washer was already prepped to be taken away. However, there was a bit of trapped water in it, which we understood was why they couldn’t take it, fair enough. But they assured us they would come back, and they never did. After calling The Brick, my father and I both spoke with Noor, who was extremely rude and dismissive. She listened only to respond, not to understand. When I explained that the delivery team didn’t stack the dryer on top of the washer, she replied that the team mentioned there were no hoses or equipment which made no sense, since we never asked for a hookup, only for the stacking to be completed. I never asked about setting or hooking up the units.... We followed up twice to see what could be done, as nobody got back to us even though they said they would.. 1. The delivery team promised to return but clearly never planned to, and The Brick claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. 2. The dryer still needed to be stacked, and it wasn’t. When Noor spoke with my dad, who was understandably frustrated (but not yelling or using inappropriate language), she told him, “If you continue to talk like this, I will hang up” and then actually hung up on him. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and arrogant, which is disappointing given that we’ve been loyal customers of The Brick for years. Thankfully, Monica stepped in and saved the day with excellent service. Please address these customer service concerns loyal customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding.
