- SBSuzette Boswell4 days ago2.0I just purchased new washer/dryer. All went very well for the purchase, the delivery and the assembly, which I paid for, as they were being stacked in my laundry room, which is on my main floor. However, when I noticed a few dents on the front of my new dryer, I contacted the brick via email. The only way they would replace the new dented dryer is if I personally unassembled and unstacking the dryer myself, therefore encountering new costs for me. the alternative was a very low partial discount on keeping the dented dryer. Not happy with after-sale costumer service from this location. So the rating of this review is based on the after-sale service received for damaged goods
- AAAli5 days ago5.0My last experience with The Brick was excellent from the shopping to the installation. I bought 5 elements for a very good price and had them installed on time and with care. But the fridge is making a weird noise, I’m going to call the after sale service and see how it is going to be my full experience !
- NLN. Lafleur6 days ago1.0They are nice when you are ready to order but once you have ordered and paid the customer service you non existent. Somethings was incorrect when I received my order and they refused to come and exchange the piece of furniture expected me to go drop off the incorrect product and go pick the correct one when it was received. No sorry we made a mistake or compensation for the their mistake. Will never shop at this store again.

The fridge didn’t fit and the delivery guys did not want to take the door out, they had to send an another crew, a week later. And for the table, they sent the wrong leg, waited 3 months to get it and they rushed us to pick it up. Never again. Worst place ever.

We bought a dining set in May, and within months all four chairs developed dents from simply being pushed under the table - completely normal, everyday use. Their solution? Call it “misuse” and deny the warranty. Since when is placing chairs under a dining table considered improper use? We were never given any warnings or special instructions. If your furniture can’t handle something this basic, that’s a quality issue - not customer abuse. What’s worse is the complete lack of real customer service. Just scripted responses and zero accountability. The warranty sounds great when they sell it, but when you need it, it’s suddenly your fault. We will never purchase from The Brick again. Save yourself the frustration. Shop somewhere that actually stands behind their products.p

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
