    Today i tried to return small LED stick on light around $40. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes. The person and all the staff doesnt smile unlike Home Depot. And then she called the manager to tell me i cannot return it. The reason they cannot resell it because we used the double sided tape. I told them in Home Depot it very easy to return and the staff always helpfull and smiling. I will not buy anything from Rona anymore. I strongly suggest to go to Home Depot. They are THE BEST!!

    We went to get the a Ego Snow blower before the weekend storm. We met Donal who was very helpful explained the features gave us a quick demo on the buttons made our job easy than reading the manual. Helped with billing and loading in the car in no time. Appreciate the wow customer experience we had at the store

    I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by Rebekah (Employee #6011125). Her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly attitude went far beyond my expectations. Rebekah assisted me in exchanging my previous DEWALT vacuum for a more powerful model, and she also completed a price match based on online offers. The entire return and exchange process was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Even though I brought the vacuum without the original packaging, she handled everything instantly — truly in the blink of an eye. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered all questions with confidence, and made everything easy for me as a customer. Rebekah is the type of employee who could provide excellent training in customer care — her service was outstanding. My family and I were extremely satisfied. I am also very grateful to the other colleagues who worked with her. They helped with transportation of the vacuum, provided carts, and supported the process with the same professionalism and positive attitude. Their teamwork made this experience even better. Overall, this was an exclusively positive experience and a perfect example of how customer service should be. Thank you, Rebekah, and thanks to the entire team for your amazing help!

    Went in needing a solution for missing non-standard hardware for a discontinued Ikea product. I had already tried a specialist fastener place and two other stores, and no one seemed to know what to suggest. André in Hardware was amazing. Very helpful, and came up with a clever solution - furniture now is solid and I am so pleased with the service I got. Thanks very much to André!
