Staff was very unhelpful and not accomodating. I was shown a chair that had reclining problems and they blamed my tall build. They didn't want to check stock when I phoned. Very unpleasant experience. I bought elsewhere.

I was shopping for a new matress for my daughter and I was pleased to find Kingsdown matresses at competitive prices! I I purchased a full sized matress, 2 split spring boxes for a king size bed, and a matress protector. At the store, I was delightfully helped by Kevin who was professional, patient, and courteous. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a dining table with chairs before Christmas, hoping to enjoy Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with my family. Unfortunately, the table I received was broken, which completely ruined those plans.
This situation has left me very sad and upset. I was told that the replacement table would arrive on the 27th, but today I am still without a dining table. Each passing day has added to my disappointment. I trusted your company and expected better quality and service, especially for such an important purchase during the holidays. Sadly, this experience has caused me a great deal of frustration, and I do not feel confident purchasing from your store again.

Excellent experience from purchase to delivery. I had been searching and verifying reviews of many different leather couches and companies. I saw the Kendrick leather sofa some time ago and it matched a leather love seat that was gifted to me which, is no longer available. Then it was 50% off before Christmas so I decided to purchase it online, first time I have done this without sitting on the product so I was hoping the reviews were accurate. The delivery date was 8 weeks out which did not matter for me. I received calls regularly to advise me of the delivery target then, the delivery date which was 2 weeks earlier! Great! The delivery branch has an online tracker to let you know where you are in the queue and a delivery window which is excellent. The guys arrived, were nice, courteous and respected my house, no damages and placed the sofa where I wanted it.
Fantastic experience!
The sofa is a bit stiff which I like because it is supportive and comfy. The leather is quite nice, the tint of the black uniform and no cattle fence marks! Looking forward to napping on it!

We had a great experience. We were served by Franklin Martinez, who was very friendly and welcoming. He answered all of our questions clearly and took the time to help us find exactly what we needed. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, the service was excellent, and we left very satisfied with our experience.
