Had a lovely gentleman who spoke very calmly and politely. Didn't pressure me to make a purchase, understood the budget and preferences. The delivery was fantastic as well, the lads UNBOXED the couch, carefully brought it in and set it up easy peasy! The tracking app was super helpful so I wasn't waiting around wondering how long they would be. Definitely recommend! Wish I could remember the nice lad at the store, he had been there 9 years of something... Jeff? Kevin? Either way amazing guy who knows his stuff!!

There was a few issues with my coach but Leon's addresed them all to the best of their abilities and I'm happy with the guys who did the delivery and the service technician. They were all pleasant. The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars is the engineering of the couch I bought, which sounds funny but whoever engineered it mustn't have realized the design flaw which nothing can be done about unfortunately. ( there's not enough room to recline the two recliners closest to the corner at the same time fully even with the console on the inside of the one recliner.)

recently received a delivery from this team, and I’m very impressed with their service. The drivers were punctual, professional, and communicated clearly before arriving. They handled the items with care, ensured everything was placed exactly where I needed, and double-checked that nothing was damaged.
Their attitude was respectful and friendly throughout the process, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a delivery team that combines efficiency with such excellent customer service.

Ali Lalee was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I will return again and request his help on my next visit. He allowed us space to check items out, as well as being close by and answering any questions we had. He took the time to listen to our wants and needs and point us to suggested items that he felt was suited to what we were looking for. He did not push any items on us and allowed us time to be fully satisfied before our final purchases. As a result, we called him after leaving the store and into our journey outside of Ottawa to purchase a mattress that was a bit higher quality and price that we had initially budgeted for. If the pressure was made to make this purchase earlier, we would never have purchased this.
The item was a very good choice for us. As I said earlier I will be back to see Ali again in the future.

Arriving in store I met with Franklin, he was great, understanding of my immediate needs and did not push things outside of my budget. I required items by Saturday November 8th the latest. It was and stress free and he explained things thoroughly. Once I paid, I was needing to arrange drop off for a day that worked best. I called the store, and the woman that answered was rude, ignorant to the situation and would not hear what I was explaining to her. I explained what Franklin had advised me of and the direction I was given. Online, the items I purchased, could be delivered by November 8th, she was stating that the items I purchased on October 31, would not be delivered until November 26th and was not willing to provide further explanation. She told me to “have patience, I’m not the only one needing items delivered”. I requested to speak to a manager. I spoke to Maria, the manager at Walkley and Maria had everything resolved and set up to be delivered. Not only did I get them on time, I got them today, a November 5th. Whoever this individual was that I got on the phone, she could have lost a very large amount of money that night as I was prepared to cancel my order and take business elsewhere that could accompany my urgent and immediate time frame. Thankfully, Franklin and Maria stand out in my experience and also reflect the past experiences I have had at this location. That one individual on the phone was sour and unfortunate, but over all I will say, I have always had a good experience with this store location. Kind and friendly and accommodating.
