  Went in looking for a new mattress, the male employee followed me like I'm a criminal. Either that or just wanting a sale, told him I would let him know if I had questions but he still continues to follow us and kept talking I left

  Today we Visited Leons ( Queens View), we went buy bed and mattress, Toufique was kind and helpful, He answered our question patiently, happy with the service, and store is also clean, it had children play area, our daughter played their, it kept her engaged while we were shopping. Definitely will recommend.

  I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. The two delivery men refused to help place the new mattress onto the bed, claiming it was against company policy. I was polite and only needed a quick hand, but they refused completely. Very unprofessional and not what I expected from a company delivering a brand-new mattress.

  The absolute worst!! My wife now refuses to step inside a Leon's store. We order 2 couches waited 2 months before we went in to complain only to be told those couches were discontinued...Nobody called to let us know meanwhile we have the 3500 on our credit cards. We look around the wearhouse and find 2 couches that were okay. We scheduled a delivery 8 weeks out. Delivery showed up rude to my mother in law as I wasn't home yet. Without apologies he informed me that only 1 couch was going to be delivered. The salesperson told me they'd take the old couches to the curb for the garbage. One couch was in okay condition my other one was damaged so I ask them to remove the damaged couch. In almost perfect unison they moaned like I asked them to do an impossible feat. They had no tools, no professionalism and way too much attitude. They barely could move the couch and came up with an excuse not to take it out. "It wasn't clean enough " I told them to forget the order and leave. Then promptly canceled my order and bought from one of their competitors. Great service awesome product at a great price. I will never do business with Leon's again zero stars, all around except for the kind CSR during the return

  Leons gave us the refrigerator we were looking for at the best price ! This was to replace our original fridge that was 15 yrs old and died on us. Nicole helped us when we walked in, was quite friendly and answered any questions that we had. We asked for delivery and were originally slated for Saturday delivery, but after explaining our situation , Nicole moved our date to Friday. The day before our delivery - we received an email confirming our delivery for Friday. On Friday, we were able ro see where we were in the queue and where the truck was and how many deliveries were before ours! This was awesome!!! It allowed us to keep busy before delivery and be ready when they arrived. The guys were awesome and super friendly, brought the fridge right to where it needed to be - even removing their work boots after entering the house! Great job guys, your were awesome!!! I was surprised that thw boys were manually unloading a 200 lb fridge freezer 5 ' above the ground off the back of the cube van. Why don't they have a lift on the truck to help unload/load product and the appliances that are being taken away? That feels like Leon's does not prioritize their staffs' health and safety.
