Leons probably Lost a $10k sale due to laziness and safety hazards, If you care about safety, avoid this store. The exterior is a death trap in the winter. My mother has slipped multiple times on uncleared snow and ice. We spoke to the store manager about it, but they showed zero interest in fixing the problem and provided political answer.
It’s mind-blowing that a major retailer would let their property—including the pickup windows—fall into such disrepair. I was planning on furnishing my entire new home here (a $10,000+ purchase), but I refuse to give my money to a business that doesn't value the safety of its patrons. Truly terrible standards.

I had an excellent experience at Leon’s thanks to Amer, the salesperson who assisted me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me understand which options were best, and guided me through the entire process. Both delivery drivers went out of their way to be polite and professional. They removed their boots, they went over and above their job requirements to get the sofa into a really small door space and hallways, and They took the time to be remove doors and accommodated me to the full extent of service. I am a very happy customer thanks to these two men.

Bought an electric recliner after telling this pushy sales person many times that i do not want!! I did not want electric. I also bought a non electric recliner & a non electric recliner from the clearance part of the store. Today I had the electric one delivered & within the hour I called Leons to tell them I do not like it and i want to return it to buy another non electric recliner!! I was told that it is non returnable or refundable!! was told that it said this on the back of the bill!! Who buys, pays then reads the small print at the back of the bill?? There should be a big sign in the store saying: All Sales are Final!! They made it clear that the recliner i bought in the clearance part is Final Sale but not the rest of the store!! This is my first time buying here & I did not know all sales are finally!! Now we are struck with a recliner we do not like & looks unbalanced on the floor. It is only suppose to recline not wobble. Anyone wanting to buy from Leons remember: Sales are final unless its broken they may fix but read that too. Terrible experience spending so much money & can't return it. I give only 1 star for not letting us know that were struck (Final Sales)with this after they got my money!! And by the way the cord to plug in wall is to short, plug into extension cord now to big & you can trip over it. leave cord out & you can't recline your chair!!

I recently spent almost $6,000 at this store during the Black Friday event. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told there was a price guarantee covering both Black Friday and Boxing Day.
One of the items I purchased went on sale for $100 less during Boxing Day, and it is still advertised at that lower price as of January 2nd. However, the item was not even delivered until Saturday, December 27 - after Boxing Day had already passed.
I called customer service to request a price adjustment, explaining that I had been very sick during the holidays and was unable to call sooner. Despite this, my request was refused because I was told I was three days past the adjustment window, with no willingness to make an exception.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given the amount of money I spent and the fact that the item hadn’t even been delivered during the sale period. I asked for understanding and flexibility, but was simply told “no” and that nothing could be done.
I had planned to purchase additional items from this store, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not return. This is how loyal customers are lost.
