I recently spent almost $6,000 at this store during the Black Friday event. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told there was a price guarantee covering both Black Friday and Boxing Day.
One of the items I purchased went on sale for $100 less during Boxing Day, and it is still advertised at that lower price as of January 2nd. However, the item was not even delivered until Saturday, December 27 - after Boxing Day had already passed.
I called customer service to request a price adjustment, explaining that I had been very sick during the holidays and was unable to call sooner. Despite this, my request was refused because I was told I was three days past the adjustment window, with no willingness to make an exception.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given the amount of money I spent and the fact that the item hadn’t even been delivered during the sale period. I asked for understanding and flexibility, but was simply told “no” and that nothing could be done.
I had planned to purchase additional items from this store, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not return. This is how loyal customers are lost.

I would like to take a moment to recognize Saad from your Ottawa West store for the exceptional service he provided while helping us choose a loveseat.
From the start, Saad was incredibly calm, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision and was never pushy, which made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. His professionalism truly stood out.
What we appreciated most was that Saad continued the sale remotely, ensuring everything was handled smoothly even after we left the store. This extra level of care and follow-through was greatly appreciated and speaks volumes about his commitment to customer service.

Absolute atrocious warranty service. Bought a washer from them and the lock broke and it was still under warranty. I called and they asked for the serial number and when I explained the situation they said they will order the part without even coming in to check it out. Who orders a part without coming to check to confirm the issue. Anyways it’s been 45 days waiting for the part and a technician to come out and fix it and just today they came and guess what, THE PART WAS NOT THE RIGHT ONE!! So now we got to call again and get the correct part and book another technician and god knows when that will be. It’s gonna be 2 months without a wash in a household with 5 people. This is unacceptable we would have been better off buying from Costco since they honour their warranty and are quick to fix stuff like that.

We ordered a dining table and chairs, selected an available delivery date. The table and chairs were expected for delivery Dec 20th. When I contacted them December 20th I found I could only do so through a chat bot (heaven forbid we speak to a human anymore). I finally got a representative and information that my delivery would not be arriving that day and to wait 1-1.5 weeks. I had to scramble to rent a table and chairs as I was hosting my family for Christmas dinner. An unexpected added cost for the holidays I really appreciated last minute….😑
It’s now Dec 29th, the delivery came early this morning. I unboxed the table top and it is cracked in half all the way through. Another 24-48hr delay to have someone rectify the situation. The chairs however are great which is why I’ve added one extra star.
I will update this review as the story unfolds but needless to say I am not pleased with the situation and the service I’ve received.

Use caution when buying online from Leons.
I attempted to purchase a TV on Black Friday. I was looking to buy from a Canadian company rather than a US based store. After placing the order, I received a call from the warehouse on Monday saying that the TV I ordered was not in stock, and they had no update from the supplier when it would be arriving. At this point, a charge to my credit card was made.
I decided to check online to see if the TV was still for sale, which it was. After my order a few days earlier, they would now be aware that there is no stock available, nor a timeframe for when new stock would be arriving, yet the item was still for sale (and with no mention of it being on backorder.)
Later that week, I called the store to see if there was update and was told "the middle of the month." I called again on the 19th of see if there was an update. At first I was told "they were due to arrive today." When I pressed for a specific day when I would be getting my TV, I was then told "well, they could arrive today, tomorrow or Monday." At this point I decided to cancel my order. As my card has already been charge, I was then told it would take 4-5 business days for the charge to be removed.
Had I known that were was no stock, and no date for delivery, I would not have purchased from Leons and found a place with stock to purchase.
