  Great experience with Blinds to go, especially Christina, what a wonderful human being! It was so easy to talk to her. She made us feel so comfortable and open to discuss our options but also say exactly what we wanted. The whole process was effortless, and the installation went smoothly. Our 4 blinds are so beautiful and complete our room. We chose motorized: never going back! We have used blinds to go many times in the past and always go back, because we know the product and we know they deliver what we want and need, no issues. We also ordered on the last day of one deal and they were willing to check if the next deal was gonna be better, and transfer to that better deal if so! That's just so awesome, they want you to save money!!! We recommend Blinds to go 💯!!!

  Great experience from the moment I stepped through the door. I was greeted by Mellisa O. who made it super simple for me to get exactly what I wanted and also gave me the confidence to install on my own. She assured me that the turnaround time would be one week to two weeks and I received my order in 10 days. Collection was a breeze, I was in the store for max five minutes. Smooth process, amazing customer service, perfect product.

  It was unfortunate. The installer nicked the edge of the thermopane window while installing a bracket (see picture) in the French door. Twelve years installing for BlindsToGo and this was Jonathan's first incident. Kudos to Jonathan, Emily, and the company for their forthright, efficient, and satisfactory resolution to the problem. And yes, I will be ordering more blinds.
