  Frustrated and disappointed!! storage facility allows extremely loud snow-removal operations in its parking lot almost every night between 8 PM to almost 4 AM. Heavy machinery runs continuously and directly impacts nearby homes, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The equipment being used appears old and poorly maintained, producing excessive noise and not operating properly, which makes the disturbance even worse! While snow clearing is necessary, permitting this level of overnight noise beside residential housing shows a serious lack of consideration for the surrounding community. There appears to be no effort to schedule work at reasonable hours or reduce disturbance. Very disappointed with how this facility manages its property and treats its neighbors.

  Very poor consideration for nearby residents. We live in military housing right next to this storage facility — their snow removal operations start around 10:00 p.m. and continue until 4:30 a.m. The snowplow trucks and heavy equipment are less than 30 steps from our bedroom, creating constant engine noise, backup alarms, and metal scraping sounds throughout the night. There is no regard for neighbors, no attempt to limit noise during overnight hours, and no human or reasonable response to complaints. We tried raising the issue respectfully, but nothing changed. Being woken up repeatedly in the middle of the night by loud trucks is unacceptable, especially in a residential area. This is not about one bad night — it’s a pattern. The lack of care, planning, or basic consideration for people living next door is shocking.

  Jack is phenomenal! Best customer service I’ve ever had with storing my vehicle and he made the process extremely easy and smooth ! 10/10 recommend. It’s also super close to the Ottawa airport. Jack was professional kind and even shoveled a parking space for my vehicle. You will not find another great car storage location 3600 uplands is the best in the city

  Great location. Lots of outdoor parking and very well kept yard. Manager was friendly, knowledgeable and efficiently went through the initial paperwork. Thank you.

  We had a complicated project, dealing with a deceased family member's storage unit here, but the staff were incredibly helpful, and made it a breeze. Jack is a legend! Thank you so much!
