  We recently upgraded our home’s blinds, replacing 30+ year-old aluminum pull-down blinds with modern faux wood panel blinds, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. For that, we have Blinds To Go (St-Laurent, Ottawa) to thank. Christina Ross, our Design Consultant, was fantastic to work with. Once we realized shutters were out of our price range, she helped us find the perfect faux wood option. She was friendly, responsive, patient, and an absolute pleasure throughout the entire process. Everyone we interacted with, from the technician who measured our windows to the installation team, was professional, efficient, and kind. The new blinds have completely transformed our space and let in much more natural light. Blinds To Go also offers great promotions, and the final cost fit perfectly within our budget. Thank you to the entire team - we highly recommend you! A++ service!

  Shout out to Clint at the St Larent location in Ottawa! What an incredibly warm welcome and a wonderful greeting when entering the business. The entire place is immaculately clean and the staff were attentive the minute I walked though the door. Clint went above and beyond with my request without question. It was very refreshing to have such top notch customer service. Thanks again Clint!

  I popped in to the store looking for an easy solution to not being able to sleep during the day because of the amount of light coming through my already heavy curtains. Im in town for a project that requires me to not only be away from home but also work steady nights for the next 2-3 ,months. I met Christina and explained the situation. She understood completely and had me fixed up with a great product at a very reasonable price in under a 1/2 hour. The blinds came in when she told me they would be there . Now im getting a very good rest Thanks so much Christina and all at Blinds to go for the great fast and friendly service .
