  Purchased a wonderful air fryer- microwave and new fridge from Dylan. The whole process was very easy and he is a wonderful person to deal with. A very nice young man. Highly recommend going to see Dylan. Leon’s seems to always have sales or vip programs going on. Thank you Dylan!!!

  Walking into Leon’s Orangeville was my first mistake; thinking they sold actual furniture was the second. This place is a graveyard for particle board and broken promises. ​The "furniture" is absolute bottom-of-the-barrel trash. I’ve seen sturdier construction in a gingerbread house. Within weeks, the frames creak like they’re screaming for mercy, and the fabric feels like it was harvested from a recycled industrial rug. Calling this "quality" is a bold-faced lie that should be illegal. It’s overpriced firewood that they’ve managed to staple together just long enough to get it out the door. ​And then there’s the staff—a collection of the most incompetent, soul-sucking individuals I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. They hover like vultures when they smell a commission, but the moment there’s an issue, they develop collective amnesia and the personality of a brick wall. Their "customer service" is essentially a masterclass in gaslighting and laziness. They don't just fail to help; they seem to take a twisted pride in being as useless as humanly possible. ​If you enjoy throwing money into a wood chipper while being insulted by people who clearly hate their lives, by all means, shop here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and buy a used milk crate—it’ll last longer and have more integrity than anything in this pathetic excuse for a store.

  I want say I’ve always had great service with Leon’s in Orangeville, my recent experience with Dylan was top notch what a very polite, friendly and knowledgeable young man, superb customer service!!

  Just want to give a great review for Harjit. She is a sale personnel at Leon's in Orangeville. My husband went in and looked at mattress she gave him information. Both him and I went in the next day to look at the ones he inquired about. Harjit was there as well. She was very knowledgeable on the mattress. Very polite and made eye contact with both of us. She didn't try to sell us the top of the line mattress. She let us know about the guarantees on the mattress. She was very helpful in every way.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s Orangeville. Two years ago, we purchased a five-piece recliner set after clearly explaining that we have kids at home and needed something sturdy. We were strongly pushed to buy a wear-and-tear insurance plan, which turned out to be completely useless. Every time we contacted them for repairs or cleaning, they simply said the issue was “not covered,” despite it being mentioned in the policy. One seat of the sofa broke within 2–3 months, and since then the damage has only gotten worse. Neither Leon’s nor the insurance company has taken responsibility. Recently, we purchased an office chair based on the manager’s assurance. Delivery took 4–5 months, and every follow-up call was frustrating. We were given false information, blamed for cancellation, and told no updates could be provided because the sales rep was unavailable. When the chair was finally delivered, the quality was terrible definitely not worth the $300+ we paid. Overall, this store shows poor customer service, misleading warranties, and low-quality products. For a brand like Leon’s, this experience was shocking. I would not recommend Leon’s to anyone.
