He has great customer service, was very open and honest regarding products and experiences with the products- something our family really values. I didnt feel like he was pushing us into any sales and really worked with us to meet our expectations and shopping needs. In the end we purchased a washer and dryer set and he managed to work us a great deal. We actually had a previous bad experience with the brick and Nishaant turned that around for us! Appreciate it!

Whether it was intentional or not, a sales rep attempted to sell us a "lightly used returned stearns and foster for a great price." The stearns tag was not signed so I asked why, I was told they might have forgot at the factory. I did 3 mins of research to determine unsigned beds are factory refurbs or floor displays. Trying to sell a floor model as a less than 90 day return is not honest or a good look. The sale price was still 1900 noraml 4300, Costco sells the same bed normal price 1699. The rep spent lots of time with us and helped us try lots of others mattresses. Before I figured out the sneaky play I would have given a 4 star review. We won't return to the brick after this. Make sure you do your own research before any purchase friends.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
