    I bought two couches from Renu at The Brick in Orangeville and had a great experience. Renu was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the experience easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend asking for Renu if you’re shopping here.

    I had a great shopping for a new couch experience at the Orangeville Brick location. I entered and was greeted by Rachna. After 5 minutes of looking around the showroom Rachna asked if I needed assistance. I knew what couch I liked, but not sure about the color. She had samples of the colors and helped to make the decision. Rachna was a great help with delivery, warranty and everything else that comes with the purchase. I will definitely return to the Orangeville Brick for any future furniture purchases. Thank you Rachna.

    It's was a horrible experience i had with The bricks. I came to buy appliances. I told them my plan i needed it to be ready before Christmas, if not, I can go to others store to buy it. Bcos I need to move my family in the house. Fortunately, I got an email, all my appliances is ready. It's was scheduled 10:45am - 1:45pm. I don't live in the delivery area, I need to drive down like almost 2hrs. On the day of the delivery , the delivery driver called me around 9:26am telling me he at my door step to deliver my appliances. I told him am half an hour closer to the house and I ask him why is coming before the schedule time. He refused to wait. I tried possible best to call The bricks no one was picking up until 10am. Which I spoke to sales rep and some customers service rep. I explained everything to them. I was assured the driver will come back to do the delivery before 6pm on same day. Around 6pm, I called The bricks office, I was told they communicated to the driver, he just av two more delivery ahead off me that I he will arrive soon. I waited, till 9pm no one show up. And later call the phone number the used to call me in the morning, I asked him am still waiting for to come over to deliver my consignment, he told me he already on his bed sleeping, he already done working since 4pm. I asked him , don't you receive verbal communication from tge bricks team regarding this delivery, he said no one called him. I couldn't call The bricks bcos they already close. I have to travel back for almost 2hrs in that night. The next day, I made series of calls to the The bricks. They couldn't give me a concrete reason than I have to wait the following weekend (Saturday). The brought the appliances but the fridge was damage, the said he is going to return it and bring another one following Saturday. I made calls to the bricks same story. I let them know I av celebrate Christmas with my family the house not knowing they both mess everything up. After I spent Christmas outside in Airbnb up till now. I called the installation company the bricks gave me, he told me can't come over to install part off the appliances until everything is on site. I kept calling them, that I don't want similar situations to occur again. Last week Saturday, I was scheduled for delivery again within 10:15am - 1-15pm, I kept tracking the driver, suddenly, I just noticed delivery was stopped around 12pm. I have to call the bricks again , that I needed an explanation but no concrete reason. I av to drive down towards Orangeville and discuss the issues. They promised to do the delivery on Sunday, which I received it.but unfortunately the fridge they brought had small mark damage on the door. Trying to get the installation team the bricks introduced to me down to do the job. I was told Jan 8. I and my family have been traumatized with this poor communication from the bricks.

    We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. We were in the market for a new refrigerator and this was our first stop on our comparison shopping. As it turned out it was the only stop we needed to make. Rachna made our purchase process easy and simple. From the first greeting to payment process she was patient and helpful and a joy to work with. We will return for future purchases.

    The Orangeville location is a clean, bright and well stocked location with many items in stock. Our sales person Rasheen Powell was very capable, professional and nice and she understood the inventory and how things worked. We picked out our choice and then we worked thru the option and pricing and I was happy with the result. The delivery was schedules on a Sunday two days later which was great timing and it went well though we did not get called the day before. The moving team called 10 min before delivery and they were excellent! It was challenging to get the sofa bed to fit thru the doors and down the stairs but the team was expert and got it down well. All in all it was an excellent experience.
