  I had a very disappointing experience with Leon’s Orangeville. Two years ago, we purchased a five-piece recliner set after clearly explaining that we have kids at home and needed something sturdy. We were strongly pushed to buy a wear-and-tear insurance plan, which turned out to be completely useless. Every time we contacted them for repairs or cleaning, they simply said the issue was “not covered,” despite it being mentioned in the policy. One seat of the sofa broke within 2–3 months, and since then the damage has only gotten worse. Neither Leon’s nor the insurance company has taken responsibility. Recently, we purchased an office chair based on the manager’s assurance. Delivery took 4–5 months, and every follow-up call was frustrating. We were given false information, blamed for cancellation, and told no updates could be provided because the sales rep was unavailable. When the chair was finally delivered, the quality was terrible definitely not worth the $300+ we paid. Overall, this store shows poor customer service, misleading warranties, and low-quality products. For a brand like Leon’s, this experience was shocking. I would not recommend Leon’s to anyone.

  Its easy to see why the lot is almost empty everytime we drive by. Hubby and I were looking for a Loveseat couch. We were going to pick up lunch from Swiss afterwards and with Leons right there it was perfect. We get into the store and start looking. After a few minutes we're approached by a gentlemen. Was down to Earth and pretty chill. Told him what we were looking for and then just said well have a look around and see what you find. No attempt to help us check stock in the store or show us around. Just left us on our own. We found one that met our specifications and the price was right issue was the color. We looked at each other and went we're probably going to go with this one but lets check the Brick. Service at their competition was a complete 180. Took us through their inventory, stayed within our budget and we walked out with a new couch almost 100.00 cheaper than Leons. If we had that kind of service we might have found something at Leons we liked but because we were left alone Leons left us with little options but to shop around. I mean this as constructive criticism Leons needs to step up their game when it comes to sales.

  We where promised to have our furniture delivered on the Saturday instead of the Thursday and guess what , at 8:20 pm on Saturday evening we get a call to say they would drop our furniture at the front door or in the garage . Well this was not a service that should not have even been offered , as we are seniors with disabilities , so how would we even been able to manage this , driver saying his manager would only allow this drop at door or in the garage . So now we have no furniture in our living room . HOW CAN THIS BE OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I finally got the boxspings, because its a king size bed i needed to twins, the delivery guys were in and out before I got a chance to look and of course one had a rip, I went to the store said I would except it for a discount, they agreed and I am still waiting for my discount, it wasn't a huge discount either.
