  We always wanted a hot tub but decided to take the "plunge" amidst Covid times and spending more time at home. I was referred to Sundance by a friend who previously purchased a spa from them. I went in not being an expert on hot tubs where we met Robert. Being a complete rookie, he took the time to answer all our questions and concerns in making such a large purchase. Backed by a great company like Sundance, Robert was there every step of the way from purchase, delivery, platform, electrical hook up and filling for the first time. For me, the most important part of the buying/selling process is the support after the fact. Needless to say, Robert is an expert and his after sales approach is top notch. Always available for any questions I have. We purchased the Hamilton 780 Series and couldn't be happier. Robert put us in contact with a few landscapers to assist in setting up the platform for the backyard. He also set us up with the electrician to allow us to ensure there were no hiccups or surprises upon applying power. The delivery team was on time and set up everything perfectly. Sundace has a great group of trades to help in the whole process. Lastly, Robert was there to help fill up for the first time and go through all our questions about the hot tub, maintenance and balancing the water chemistry. Any questions I have is only a mere text away. If you are looking for a hot tub, look no further than Sundance.

  Purchased our Hot Tub new from the Oakville location in the fall of 2009. Was given fantastic information and service from everyone. Installation went smoothly and all our dealings with the staff since then have been great. Will be going in soon to talk about a new cover, I know I will be taken care of with the usual helpful, knowledgeable service. Update: purchased new cover at a good price from Oakville location. Was delivered and installed on time by the staff. Also took away old cover for disposal. Very pleased with continued knowledgeable and courteous service we received by the Oakville location staff. Even during the beginning stages of Covid-19 pandemic shut downs, I was able to get the products I needed through curb side pickup with ease. Overall very happy with this company, this location and the people who know what they are doing.

  I moved into a home that had a hot tub and although it is not a Sundance Spa, the people at the Oakville store have been more then helpful in advising me how to maintain and enjoy the tub. Any hot tub I get in the future will definitely be from this store. Just wanted to add that I now have a Sundance Hot Tub. The one we got with the house was leaking a lot and we decided to replace it. We went with Sundance because their staff were always so helpful even though the tub we inherited was not a Sundance. We are so glad we did because again everyone was so helpful. Chris was our salesperson and Bill and his service crew, Mark, Ryan and Andy all did an excellent job, were all conscientious and more then patient with our questions. Even the other sales people, Brian in particular, were very helpful when we had questions. We are very impressed by the quality of the entire staff. It has been over a year that we bought our Sundance Spa - and the service continues to be great - anytime I have a question I just drop by the Oakville location and regardless who is in that day - everyone has always been more then helpful. This is particularly impressive considering that they know I am not in the market for another spa (so soon) but still provide the best of service. Even during these crazy times there has always been someone at the store answering questions over the phone and being their helpful selves, very nice to see that customer service still exists in some businesses,

  UPDATE: It has been 4 years since posting original review below. Hot tub has been flawless and store staff great to interact with when going for upkeep items such as chemicals and filters. Superior people, product, store and service! I researched a lot prior and easily came back to Sundance as my decision. Every aspect of the Sundance team was great! Sandy in sales educated us, answered all of our many questions and genuinely cares about finding the best product for the person. The delivery team was extraordinary with their knowledge, patience, precision and kindness. Wonderful starting experience and look forward to many years of business together.
