  Buying a new infrared sauna from Sundance was both painless and enjoyable. Sue in the Oakville store was knowledgeable, patient and professional as we worked through a large renovation. And the install team were terrific. Great job all around, nothing better than a professional well run business that does what it says and executes well.

  I bought my first Sundance Spa some ten years ago and went with the Optima 880. I researched all manufacturers and found Sundance to be the right combination of quality, price and overall customer experience throughout the buying/education process. I had that spa for 6 years before I sold the house and moved leaving the spa behind.Through that 6 year ownership period I did have a few service calls which were always handled in a very prompt, thorough and courteous manner. Fast forward to last year and I was back in the market for a new spa. I did the research again and the only logical choice for me was to, once again, go with Sundance. In what seems to be a bit of a slippery industry I just get a good feeling about dealing with the Sundance people and today my deicision was validated. What triggered the writing of this review today was an email to their serivce department. I have had some concern with a stiff divertor valve so I thought I would reach out via email to ask a few questions. Incredibly, my phone rang within 90 seconds. I am not kidding, 90 seconds!! A very knowledgeable service professional from Sundance quickly assessed my issue and let me know that one of his service teams was 20 minutes away and could come immediately!! What??? When does this ever happen? Within minutes I got a call from Matt who was letting me know he was 11 minutes away. 11 minutes later two identical Sundance Spa Store service vans pulled in my driveway and Chris and Matt jumped out. They went straight to work and without hesitation replaced two parts, showed me that the issue was resolved and were on their way. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE professionalism and service. Makes me feel so good about my decision to stick with Sundance! A huge thank you to Matt, Chris and the entire Sundance Oakville team!!

  Making the decision to buy hot tub was an easy one, we wanted one for a while. Making the decision which brand/model would be the most suitable one for us proven to be the difficult one. This is where Greg and Brian from Sundance Spas came to the rescue. During our visits to the showrooms, they took time to understand our needs/requirements/wants and educated us on various options suitable to our needs. Also, before we even placed the order, Brian came by our house to ensure the space we have is suitable and adequate to place a hot tub. He also ensured there wouldn’t be any issues with delivering the tub to our backyard and no special equipment would be required. Even though, due to COVID, we had to wait a few months for the tub to be delivered, once the delivery time came, the delivery and set-up were executed exceptionally smoothly. Electrical work and installation of the tub provided by Sundance was seamless. Both teams, electrical and delivery, did their parts quickly and efficiently. The start-up itself was super easy as well. A couple days after the tub was installed, Brian came over our house again. This time to give us a tutorial on proper usage of the chemicals as well as to ensure we know how to operate and maintain the tub. This orientation session was simply fantastic as we learned a lot and were able to ask any questions we had. Also, during that visit, we discovered one of the jets had sharp edges and needed to be replaced. Brian arranged for it all. Within the next couple of days, the service team took care of the jet. Must say – excellent service. Sundance representative (Brian) and the team were extremely helpful and responsive. Took care of pretty much everything. We do highly recommend Sundance and their fantastic team. Also, we are enjoying the tub very much…best purchase ever 😊

  We have just purchased a new spa and had it delivered in August. The outstanding service we received at the store was matched by the service level during the installation. The instructions were simple and the unit is exceptionally queit. So far, so good as we use it everyday and look forward to many years in the future.

  Great store, great people, great service. I have had my hot tub for 1.5 years now and have found that everyone at this location knows their stuff and is very friendly to help you in any way. So glad I did not buy with the other guys up the street.
