Such absurdities, which I don't think anyone believes anymore. I won't tell you what to do to improve customer service and the company's rating. Such market reviews cost a fortune, and if you don't know where you're making mistakes, you're doomed to failure. You'll simply disappear from the market. And that's fine. We, the customers, can fire all of you, from the cleaner to the CEO—all we have to do is stop buying from you. That's my wish for 2026.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
When you order online, choose the option “Pick-up in store“ at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Use the Pick-Up Scheduler to select the time slot that suits you. Park in one of the designated Curbside Pick-up spots, call the store, and an associate will bring your order to your vehicle. Yes, we offer a delivery service. All products can be shipped by parcel their delivery is free with any $49 and more purchase. No, your official sales receipt will be given to you when you complete the transaction at the store where you pick up your items. When will my online payment be processed?
Upon confirmation of your order, we will validate the credit card you used. The payment will automatically be charged to your card when the transaction is completed online.
How much time will it take to process my order?
