Maybe hire people who understand measurements. I bought expensive pieces of wood to make shelves. None of the pieces were cut the same length (off by 1/2 inch). Had to call another employee to do it right. First employee started to argue that it couldn't be done, blamed it on the saw. Second employee had no trouble doing exactly what was asked.

Wow, i was delightly surprised as immediately approached for assistance. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and offer much advice, going out of the way to help. Smaller store w second floor, but lots of help.... reminds me moreso of their smaller competitor, and less so of big box store. Readily recommended and will revisit on my next project.
