  I have been using them for a lot of my listings and they make everything look good and shine like new. On a couple rare occasions that the spots were either missed or not met the expected standards, Patricio sent the cleaners back and made sure the job was done to the highest standard possible. Very efficient, great communication and organized. They even shampoo carpets and do a deep cleaning for floors, windows, bathrooms and advise especially where caulking is old to change that to make it shine like new. Great company and nice crew. Highly recommend them for a routine cleaning as well as deep cleaning needs.

  Monthly visits . Communication is clear around arrival times, efficient and professional service. Always ensure there is a walk through before starting to understand scope. Ensures all are areas meet expecting before leaving . On their last visit I over paid for the service by giving extra cash , instead of pocketing cash she came back to inform me , I would have never been the wiser. Integrity is hard to come by these days .

  We’d been using service for approx 6 months. Things started out ok with an attentive owner who claimed flexibility in services, so I assumed overtime specific needs and standards would be established. But that didn’t happen and they were never on time without phone call or explanations. The team of cleaners were rarely the same so it was like starting over each visit. Owner wasn’t good at returning calls and always had excuses. Passing along feedback and pictures of unacceptable work for which he offered for them to come back or $40 refund. I don’t want to have them back in my home to fix the dirty bathrooms, mucky hardwood floors and areas left not dusted but his reimbursement hardly seems enough.
