  Raghav middha is very poor assistant at access storage i called 2-3 times before the expiry date of my unit but he didn’t pickup the phone but when the expiry date passed he picked up the phone charged late payment for one day i was not happy but i had to pay i did call him before the expiry date but he did not pickup the phone when i went there he was there he said i don’t know if you called he is very unresponssible person i am not happy with him. he is unrespectfull and he tried to charge me everything possible as a customer he should help me out my suggestion is not to deal with the person

  I am very disappointed with how Access Storage has handled our situation after the fire on January 28. Nearly three weeks have passed, yet we have not received any proper updates regarding our unit or our salvageable belongings. I have sent several emails to the manager, Dan, and to the email address listed on the website, but I have not received any response to this day. We have also lost gate access, which means we cannot even check on the condition of our items. We have been passed around and advised to contact different people, but no one has provided clear information or taken responsibility. The ongoing lack of communication is extremely concerning, especially since the longer the items remain unattended, the more damage they may sustain. This experience has been very stressful and poorly managed.

  I am extremely disappointed with the handling of our situation by Access Storage. Following the fire on January 28, almost three weeks passed without any formal communication regarding our unit or our salvageable belongings. We were not proactively informed of updates and had to initiate contact ourselves. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we received little to no response. We have also been redirected to several different individuals, with no one taking clear responsibility or providing concrete information. The continued delay is deeply concerning, as the longer our items remain unattended, the greater the potential for further damage. In situations involving customers’ personal property, timely communication, accountability, and urgency are essential. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience.

  Great service But the price goes up every few months. Not a good place to keep storage for a long period of time. I had my storage for 3 years. I also didn't appreciate when they locked my storage when I was ready to take out my things. Despite not missing a payment. Overall not a bad place

  Bad potholes Edit: Response to the owner - I was assisting my friend with a move and almost busted my front bumper driving in. Needs fixing badly.
