Got a confirmation call the next day and when I came in, everything went so smoothly that I 100% recommend this place. Maria, the person at the front desk is so knowledgeable and friendly. She answered every request I had and patiently took the time to make sure I was fully informed on the ins and outs of using the amenities. She's absolutely a star. Got a great intro deal as well. Definitely recommend this place for your needs.
- BMBruno Miguel6 days ago3.0I found another company; the garage is the same size and cheaper, it doesn't even reach $300 with insurance and everything included, and it has winter air conditioning. Access Storage, on the other hand, is much more expensive, and things inside the garage are cold all winter. I had days working there with my things and it was very cold. That's not good for your stored belongings, and you work in the rain. Where I am now, you put your truck inside and it's safer. Sorry for saying it like this, but it's the pure reality because I was there for 3 years and had many things damaged because of the cold. But the people who work there are excellent, they always welcomed me well, treated me well, and always helped me, and my sincere thanks to them for these 3 years. They are good people, especially a gentleman who works there who knows me well – an excellent person.
