    0 STARS EXPERIENCE 2 years ago me and my husband visited this branch to purchase a Faux Leather Drake2 Sectional Sofa with pull out bed! after spending nearly $4000! We were coerced into buying a 3 year extended warranty to protect our sofa since we were with our then 3 month old baby at that time the salesman took the opportunity to sell us for $279. I contacted them early November, 2025 this year to report issues with the couch, we had these for few months now but due to me being sick (due to my pregnancy) and our already preplanned family trip we postponed the matter to end of the year, which the brick is aware too! Ffwd after reporting various issues they sent two gentleman from Belaity to fix only one of the 4 issues which was attaching new hinges! They didn’t fix the coil collecting (anlmost about to pop out) and the foam shifting to the center, the faux leather defects and the pullout wall detaching from the couch! They ignored my calls, for a week and another week i couldn’t keep up with calls as i was severely sick with ongoing flu & no voice, no VMS were returned or calls, i had to resort to sending a msg via their website ! imagine spending your hard earned money in this store and getting this treatment as a 35 weeks pregnant women! after over a week someone reached out following my msg and coming to 2 weeks now and despite requesting them number of times, to fix this matter before we get busy with our baby! they have caused us so much inconvenience, unnecessary stress, sent people 3-4 times and did not honour anything as per their commitment and wasting our time! This has left us a very bad experience with their unprofessional staff and management i have ever experienced! Just loss of words at this point how they are operating with this attitude! Zero courtesy towards their customers!

    I’ve been shopping at this Brick location for many many years and they are always my go to for mattresses and home appliances. I picked up an item on Black Friday at a great price and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Delivery was right on time and the team was incredibly professional and courteous. They even carried the item down a full flight of stairs into my basement without hesitation, which I truly appreciated. Afterwards, Kyle the operations manager helped me with a few follow up questions and his customer service was absolutely stellar. He went above and beyond and it’s exactly why I’ve been loyal to this particular Brick location for over 20 years. They are consistent, courteous, and still offer that rare old school customer service you remember from the 80s and 90s. It’s refreshing and honestly hard to find these days. What a great Canadian company. I also recently learned they price match, which makes it even better. Highly recommend for all your furniture, appliances, mattresses, and electronics. I will absolutely continue shopping here.

    The sales team in the store are outstanding. Specifically Monika who helped us on numerous occasions with knowledge and patience. Unfortunately , whoever organizes the delivery schedule is out to lunch. Twice, we had to send the truck away because they were more than 4 hours late and there is no access to the service elevator at our condo after 6pm. The two young men that eventually delivered on the third attempt ( Monday, Dec 22nd) were professional and efficient. The poor delivery scheduling has left a bad taste in our mouth. We were planning to purchase more items in the new year and now we have to think twice .

    This was the most wonderful and efficient experience in making an appliance purchase. Sayed provided us a thorough explanation of promotions and gave us time and space to make up our minds about what works best for us. We can tell that Sayed is an expert at what he does & is very knowledgeable. A really important asset to this company. We will always consider this location when it comes to home necessities.

    The delivery team did an excellent job. They were professional, patient, and cautious throughout the entire process. Our building has a small elevator, which made the delivery more challenging. Still, they worked hard, handled everything efficiently, and ensured the couch was delivered and assembled properly without any issues. Their effort and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them. Although, I'm not happy with my couch due to a manufacturer's defect, I have reached out to the brick customer service for a resolution.
