  Every time we go to Blinds To Go on Dufferin Street we leave as satisfied customers. This is because they always look for ways to go the extra mile. It doesn't matter who we speak to. These people are a team. Matteo was the person who assisted us today. He's young, friendly and eager to help any way he can. We consistently find good value at this location combined with a positive experience.

  We bought blinds for our new home about 10 years ago. Having bought 24 blinds to cover the windows for our entire home, we were assured that all blinds were covered completely for life. The blinds we bought all have a pull string at the side for opening and closing purposes, and the pull string has 2 plastic joiners on each. Two of these small clips disintegrated, so I went back to the store for replacements. [3295 Dufferin Street, Toronto] The first sales person I saw said they cost about 30 cents each. He vanished out back, and another person served me and charged me $8.20 for 2 clips. Total charge with tax $9.27 Totally disgusting, and to charge $4.10 for a clip that probably cost 10 cents to produce, is not only bad customer service, but an indication of what are the morals of this Company! Do not shop here ... find a reputable Company who values your business!

  Perfect place to shop, very professional, very accurate, very beautiful as I expected to be, very accurate measurements for my orders and measurements on my windows, their installer, Mr. Mike very experienced, very polite and very fast installation. I really appreciate them and won't go anywhere else to shop. I had horrible experience before with Budget blinds, the blind is not as sturdy as I expected , the person who installed my blind who is a franchise owner was very rude and aggressive 😒 😑, not happy at all overall with budget blinds as there's no place to go and leave a review. #1 of my choice forever is Blinds to go. Thanks 😊
