  Staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help. Units were clean with no issues of bugs or mice. Building was beautifully lighted and washrooms were always clean when accessed .

  Excellent experience with access storage. I thought it was good deal for 4 weeks which was exactly what we needed during the sale of our home. Good customer service, thorough and polite. My only complaint was wishing the process was a little bit faster to get our unit and complete the associated paperwork. We also utilized the move buddy program and thought that was a seamless process to assist with moving costs. I appreciated that access storage sold moving supplies such as wardrobe boxes, packing paper, mattress covers/bags. Streamlined the moving process for us.

  As soon I got through the door I was greeted by a beautiful friendly lady. Her name is lori I felt comfortable right away. She sat me down and she explained everything I needed to know She showed me around made sure that I knew where my new unit was I was very impressed she is very professional knowledgable eager to help answered all my questions and before I left, she says call me anytime if you have any more questions just call me any time I’m here most of the time and she gave me a business card Lori thank you very much You are very kind and have a big heart I rented a few storage unit in the past and I always choose the Access Storage because of The Terrific service Thank you for your service Amen
