  Lori and Chris are such wonderful people! My storage period wasn't that long, but I almost want to store more things here just to seem them again. If you want storage with great customer service, I highly recommend this location! Thanks Lori and Chris for making the process seamless :)

  Lori was awesome!!!!! OMG , she's the best. Ensured that we were well educated about the storage location, the pass codes, how to use the locks, she covered everything. Thank you Lori, you're the best!!!!

  Great service. Clean heated storage. Security and 24hour access to your unit. Multiple size units for you to select from. Check it out you won’t be disappointed. Lots of room!

  I’m in North Bay for TC and wanted to store some of my belongings during the summer months. I looked at various reviews online and decided to give Access Storage North Bay East a try. Right from the initial booking online to the service I received when I set everything up in person was seamless. Lori and team do a fantastic job educating their customers. I really appreciate the high level of customer service and professionalism. The facility is tidy, clean and secure. Thanks!
