    Bryan C. is an outstanding sales person. He is very knowledgeable about the products and options. He made it easy to shop and was not pushy at all. He worked with us to arrange delivery that was convenient for us.The three young men who delivered our furniture are very polite and hard working. The communication that Leons provided with updates on our delivery was outstanding. We even got a text saying they were eleven minutes away. How cool is that?

    My purchase was at the Welland store which went very well. The delivery came from Niagara -on-the-lake store. They emailed expected times of delivery, and updated as the day progressed. They arrived ahead of expected time. The men did a super job of setting up the recliner chair, taking away all packaging, and very polite and efficient. I am very pleased with both the Welland store staff, and the delivery from N.O.T.L.

    Over Black Friday weekend (Nov 30), my husband and I purchased a new mattress and L2 Motion Pro Queen adjustable base from this Leon’s location. We were sold on the features of that specific model and quoted a price, which we paid in full that same day. When our order was delivered a week later, it was immediately clear that the adjustable base delivered was not the model we were sold in store. After multiple calls, Leon’s confirmed that they had quoted us the wrong base. Despite this being entirely Leon’s error, Brevin (Store Manager) refused to honour the quoted price and told us we would need to pay an additional $152.72 to receive the product we were originally promised. After further discussion with Brevin on Dec 11, we reluctantly agreed to pay the extra amount only because he explicitly promised delivery on Tuesday, Dec 16, and a $75 refund after delivery. Neither of those commitments were honoured. The Dec 16th delivery never happened, and no one contacted us. From that point forward, Leon’s never once returned a call, despite the fact that we left multiple voicemails. Every update required us to repeatedly chase the store and call multiple times just to get information. Only after the missed delivery did we escalate the issue to Brandon (General Manager). The earliest replacement delivery we were offered was Dec 31, nearly a month after the original delivery date. When the replacement base finally arrived on Dec 31, it was left in the box and not set up, even though delivery and setup were clearly included in our contract. We were expected to complete the setup ourselves. Once again, we attempted to contact management and received no follow-up. As of today, we are still waiting on the promised $75 refund, despite multiple assurances it would be handled. No one has reached out, and no one has taken ownership of this situation. Mistakes happen, but this experience demonstrates a complete lack of accountability, communication, and basic customer service. I am 9 months pregnant, and instead of preparing for a new baby, we have spent countless hours chasing Leon’s for responses, rearranging our home for missed deliveries, and completing work that should never have been our responsibility because we PAID FOR IT. We will never shop at Leon’s again. We will be escalating this issue to Leon’s Head Office and consumer protection, and we strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this store with a major purchase.

    My experience @ Leon's was just wonderful. There was a high selection of furnishings for all. Hala, the woman who helped us was a delight. Not only was she kind, she was very insightful. She was professional and pleasant to work with. I was pleased with how she gave us our privacy while still available to answer all our inquiries. The movers as well were superb. Every time regardless of the movers that day, respectful. Our experience with Hala and the movers, great! Thank you.

    This is a new review for delivery of the LG TowerWash in December of 2025. The delivery was smooth and professional, with some welcome advice from the driver about using a moving blanket to help slide the monster all-in-one into its final limited space. Make no mistake, the delivery guys were super, respectful of property, careful and very helpful. I wish our experience in the store had been better, however. I went back after we made the initial purchase with Saleperson A in order to re-assess the fit for our tight space. At that time, I dealt with Salesperson B., because Salesperson A was with other clients. I was told that we would have plenty of room because the unit came with 6' hoses. When we took delivery, the driver actually suggested that we keep the old hoses ...because the new unit did not come with hoses! And we find out we need not 2 but 4 hoses, three longer and one short. Nothing was included. I called the store and was told by Salesperson A.that if we had opted for installation, then we could have purchased the hoses from Leons. And no, they do not sell the short hose needed for the y connector. If we had known that no hoses were supplied, we could have been ahead of the game and purchased them before delivery. It was a mad dash post-delivery. Sorry, this is not a helpful to the consumer. We have purchased 3 LG appliances from Leons Taylor Road, with this WashTower as the 4th. It will be our last appliance purchase from Leons.
