The delivery manager went out of her way to make sure the delivery went effortlessly as it was being delivered to a long term care home and locked down dementia area and the delivery men where patient and polite with the other residents so very pleased with the amazing service I received. Big thank you to the delivery team

The delivery driver is Jacob and Nolan did a phenomenal and careful professional job bringing it up three flights with the help on the elevator and lots of walking. Thank you, Leon’s.

- MOMedella OliverFeb 14, 20264.0I saw an ad for the couch I wanted and went in and looked at it and purchased it. It arrived a week later which was good. The delivery guys were polite. They put the couch in the room and left. They did not remove the box so I could see the couch. I asked them to take the cardboard but they said they couldn’t. So it is sitting in my house and I am unable to check it out for damage.
