The lead delivery man was a bit rude initially when I reminded him that my salesman told us that the delivery guys will set up the table. In fairness he was exhausted stating I was his 23rd delivery of the day....but he did end up assembling the table with his coworker. Unfortunately, one of the braces was broken, so now a 'tech guy" will have to come out to fix. All in all.... so far.... we have been satisfied.

I would have given them a negative rating if possible.
I purchased a complete bedroom set, and it was delivered damaged four times. On the fourth attempt, their sales manager personally delivered it and assured me that I would receive a full refund for everything I had purchased.
When I originally bought the furniture, they clearly stated that $4500+ was the price plus tax. I received the refund for the bedroom set itself, but I have not heard anything about the tax amount I paid.
It’s over $700, and even their service agent acknowledged that it was a system error. I also have the call recording as proof. If they do not resolve the issue and refund the tax amount, I will be forced to take strict action against them.

Over all a five star review. The only thing I found a little frustrating was arranging delivery. First I asked Allan when he called me how late they deliver the answer was : ' when they're done for the day'. So I had to ask what that meant
Then when another csr called to confirm delivery I was told afternoon 2:45 to 6. Fine
Then day of, the driver called me to tell me at 10 am that he could deliver in the hour and was disappointed that I had to be at work and do other things outside of the initial commitment to 2:45 to 6.
However, outside of that the shopping and delivery were excellent. Thank you Allan, at the NOTL store and driver.

just have to say Alex is absolutely the best! From the moment I walked in and my mom wheeled in, he was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He has such a great sense of humour that he makes the whole shopping experience fun and stress-free.
What stood out the most is how honest and straightforward he is. No pressure, no games just real, trustworthy guidance. He truly listens to what you need and goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect pieces.
If you’re shopping at Leon’s in NOTL, ask for Alex. You won’t find a kinder, more personable, or more honest person to help you out. Highly recommend!

Awful experience with their delivery guys, second time. They charged us $30 to dispose the old fridge and didn’t do it because they didn’t want to wait 5mins for us to complete taking doors off, which is mandatory per some nonsensical policy they have. Extremely rude guys, did NOT take their shoes off even after being told TWICE and I have a little baby crawling all over floors. My father ended up disposing the old fridge himself, barely and I ended up cleaning a crazy mess from those guys and their dirty shoes. Very similar experience I had when I ordered my couch not long ago and now this. Horrible. Now I’m waiting to see if they will refund my $30 back since they didn’t do any disposal. They legit said NO for whatever we asked, didn’t give a hand with anything or helped with anything. Legit we had to mount the water connection and everything. Do yourself a service and get Best Buy appliances, they do everything for you and they are so kind. Leon will not see me again unless I can take what I’m purchasing, delivery team is horrible and incompetent and above all RUDE.
