Ordered a washer dryer combo and the whole experience has been excellent. Few issues with the order. After ordering I was told it wasn't available even though it said it was available on the site, but only had to wait an extra week (shit happens, no hard feelings).
Delivery crew was quick and thorough. Good guys. In and out within 20 minutes, made sure I was content. Overall great experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at The Brick. What should have been a straightforward customer interaction turned into one of the most unpleasant retail experiences I have ever had.
The sales manager on duty (female, name intentionally omitted) displayed a shockingly poor attitude toward customers. Her responses were belittling, dismissive, and outright rude. Instead of listening or offering help, she spoke in a condescending manner that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome. This is completely unacceptable, especially for someone in a management position who represents the company.
Customer concerns were brushed off, questions were met with arrogance, and the overall tone suggested that customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. This behavior reflects extremely poorly on The Brick and raises serious concerns about staff training, professionalism, and leadership at this location.
I sincerely hope The Brick head office takes this matter seriously. Experiences like this damage customer trust and brand reputation. I am more than willing to speak directly with a higher-level manager or corporate representative to explain what occurred in detail
This level of disrespect should never be tolerated in any customer-facing business, especially from management.

Had a new fridge and dishwasher delivered last week and the delivery guys were in such a hurry they damaged my wall carrying it in. Now I have a nice size hole in my drywall that I have to repair. Also they were taking out my old dishwasher, as they were carrying it away they dumped water all they way out the door, I said to them not to tilt as they moved it but just continued on and dump water through my house. I normally do not leave reviews, but I was really annoyed at the lack of awareness in your delivery guys. Disappointed.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD... SO AFTER CONTACTING THE BRICK THROUGH THE EMAIL THEY PROVIDED IN THE RESPONSE, THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE ITS BEEN MORE THAN 24 HOURS. I ONLY LEFT THE REVIEW TO SEE IF THE BRICK WILL MAKE IT RIGHT AND OBVIOUSLY THEY COULD CARE LESS. I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY AT THEIR STORES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS, AND NOW WILL BE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE IN THE FUTURE.

The worst customer service that ever existed. Not helpful. Argumentative. Buyer beware! They don’t take returns. The force you to go through the warranty process and don’t standby by their product. Go somewhere else with your money! Don’t even waste your time walking into the store! How do you have a satisfaction guarantee when you refuse a return? The plan was to upgrade with the return but there is absolutely no way I will ever purchase another item ever again at this store. Purchased washer/dryer, and several appliances. Wanted to change one appliance because it was not the exact same as what was on display in the store. Met with yelling and arguing. The Manager, Harman, has terrible customer service and laughed when the satisfaction guarantee was questioned. He thinks he can be aggressive to women and force you to submission and force you to take something that you’re not happy with. Tha is NOT a satisfaction guarantee.

The delivery date was extended however, only be a week or two. The delivery tracking was great. The delivery staff were quick.
Since shopping at the Brick, we now receive phone calls from Indian speaking callers asking for me on my husband's phone. The Brick is the only place that had my email with my husband's phone number. We speculate our contact information was given out. We could be wrong but highly suspect it.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

How do I add an extended warranty to my product?
An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
