    We recently purchased a sectional and a mattress from Leon’s, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the process easy without any pressure. Delivery was just as impressive—the crew arrived right on time, were professional, and had everything set up quickly and efficiently. It made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. Overall, we’re very happy with both the products and the service. We wouldn’t hesitate to shop at Leon’s again.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience with Leon’s. I spent about $7,000 on multiple items, including an LG tower wash. It was delivered already damaged, and the delivery team themselves unboxed it, took photos, and reported it to Leon’s. I was told it was “cosmetic” and given a small credit. But when I plugged it in, it was clearly broken — loud banging noise and the side panel moving. Now Leon’s tells me to contact LG Electronics, and LG refuses because it’s physical damage. So Leon’s sells a damaged unit and walks away? Unbelievable. Let me be clear: I did NOT buy an “as-is” product. I paid full price for a brand new machine in a sealed box. Why would I waste my money paying full price for a broken machine? Who does that? This is shady business. If this isn’t resolved, I will escalate legally. Avoid Leon’s.

    Purchased a stove. Had a friend receive it at the delivery address because I was away. Friend informed me the stove was damaged on one side. I went to the store upon my return to provide pictures. I was informed it was past the 3 day grace period, their driver’s didn’t report any damage and I would have to contact the manufacturer. I asked to see the pictures they took upon delivery. They took photos of every side EXCEPT the damaged side conveniently. They also purposely did not take a frontal picture because the damage would have been visible. I understand their 3 day policy and don’t have a problem with it but this one star is for the dishonest action of the delivery team.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a Maxwell power reclining sofa, only 2 get two... that is correct, not one, but two defective couches! The first couch the bracket/bar was installed incorrectly underneath the couch so every-time it reclined from lower to seating position it caught and jolted slightly. Secondly, they installed the wiring in the wrong spot so every-time it reclined, it was sawing away at the protective cover of for the wiring! I spoke to the manager of the Newmarket location who blew it off like it was no big deal and offered to replace it with a new Maxwell or pick something else. I was VERY hesitant about getting another of the same, but caved in. Boy, what a mistake this way! The second recliner came and it had 3 separate issues! Firstly, Vynew (the company that fixes the couches/recliners) had to completely tear apart one of the cushions (ripping out the staples and stapling the plywood type material to the wooden frame of the cushion because it was rattling like a bat out of hell. He also had to adjust all the twister bolts in the arm cushions which were loose, however, the worst of all.. when they built the couch they put the screw holes in the bottom frame/bar at incorrect distances so I have a massive gap between my couch (you can put your arm through the couch!). I requested a call from Corporate office (since I had tried calling the store manager multiple times and got nothing back) but instead the store manager finally called back. Her solution was giving me my money back and I can either pick another couch or 'shop elsewhere' as if it was no big deal they had sold me 2 completely defective products. I literally had to argue even just to get an apology! I told the manager this was not good customer service, and as a new Leons customer I was greatly disappointed but its like she was trying to rush the conversation off the phone. This is completely unacceptable, and there is no accountability here. 2 defective couches, and having to argue for the last 4-5 weeks is a joke! They even tried to tell me I declined 'repairs' even though the technician told me it was not repairable! This is the type of company you are dealing with! No accountability! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    Dear Customers From Windsor, ON Shop I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase and delivery experience with your Windsor location. I purchased home furniture from your store on January 24, 2026, with payment processed through a Flexiti credit account on the same day. The delivery was completed on February 2, 2026; however, the order was not fulfilled as expected. The chest of drawers was defective, and the coffee table was delivered with incomplete assembly. I promptly registered a complaint with your customer care service on February 3, 2026. I was assured that a replacement would be shipped within two weeks. After receiving no update, I visited the store in person on February 18, 2026, only to be informed that there had been no communication from customer care regarding my issue. During that visit, I was again assured that the replacement would be delivered within the next two weeks, by March 4, 2026. While I did receive a replacement chest of drawers around that time, the coffee table was still not delivered. I revisited the store and requested a refund for the coffee table due to the ongoing delays and inconvenience. My request was denied, citing supply chain issues, and I was instead given a new delivery date of March 13, 2026. Unfortunately, no delivery occurred on that date. Despite multiple follow-up visits to the store, I continued to receive repeated assurances without any resolution. Eventually, the coffee table was delivered on April 6, 2026; however, it again arrived with missing assembly parts, leaving the issue unresolved. This experience has been highly frustrating and inconvenient, involving repeated delays, poor communication, and failure to deliver a complete and functional product even after multiple commitments.
