Their 2 day return policy is a joke. I had an oven delivered to me last week 5 days ago. The 2 surface burners are heating at almost 500f on the low setting which is clearly a defect and I was told after 2 days you deal with the manufacturer! Two days is not enough time to find a defect in an appliance or electronics. I will never buy here again!

Went in for leather recliners and ended up with two large full leather couches and a single on a great flash sale... what a deal!!! And the delivery was on time if not early. Very helpful staff at the store(Sanaz). Only gave a 4* as the delivery guys forgot to take off their shoes when they brought all the couches in. Overall very happy with the purchase

We recently purchased a mattress and some appliances from The Brick and had a great experience. Daniel, our sales representative, was amazing. He was very friendly, patient, and extremely helpful in finding the right products for us. He answered all our questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
The delivery team was also very professional. They carefully delivered everything inside our home and even took away all the packaging and garbage, which we really appreciated.
Overall, excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Never ever.
I strongly recommend that if you can find the product you want elsewhere, do not buy from The Brick.
I have purchased from this store twice—once in 2023 and again in January 2026—and in both cases, the experience was exactly the same.
At the beginning, the sales staff were very polite and respectful in order to make the sale. However, the products I purchased were supposed to be delivered on January 15, and I did not receive them until February 10, after multiple visits, complaints, and follow-ups.
Whenever I called to ask why my order was delayed, I was told that there was no delay and that the product was expected to arrive at the end of January, and that whoever gave me the earlier date was mistaken. When I went to the store in person, no one took responsibility and I was told things like, “I didn’t sell it to you,” or “This is how it is.”
The day I finally went to pick up the product, I was kept waiting for one full hour, and then told to go behind the building and collect it from the back door. Despite all the delays and the long waiting time, not a single person apologized or even expressed any regret.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your order by visiting any Brick location. Purchases made online and in store are refundable at any time prior to product delivery or pick up. Refunds are made only to the same credit or debit card used to pay for the order. Cash payments will be refunded to a debit card or via cheque and mailed to the person who paid for the order. Deposits on Special Order items are non-refundable.
Can I get my deposit refunded in cash if I paid in cash?
Unfortunately, not every Brick store will have enough cash on hand or the exact dollar amount required to refund your deposit in cash. We're happy to refund cash payments to a debit card, or via a cheque made out to the individual listed on the invoice.

An extended warranty can be added during the purchase process in store or online. Or if you've already completed an online order and decided you want to add a warranty, you can visit a Brick store to purchase a warranty up to 30 days after receiving your product. You can add a warranty to a product during the first step of the online checkout process. When you check out, you'll be asked if you want to add a warranty to each eligible product. You can either select 'Protect All Products' at the top of the warranty section, or specify which level of coverage you want for each individual product. When you have selected the preferred warranty for your item(s), click the 'Continue' button in the lower right corner of the page to continue with the checkout process. Where does The Brick deliver?
Our Premium Delivery Service is available in most areas. For areas not served by The Brick's delivery team, we contract third-party courier and shipping companies. Some products can also be shipped via Canada Post's shipping service. The Brick does not currently deliver or ship to anywhere in the United States, and online transactions from American customers cannot be accepted at this time.
