- TCTaidic Chan-CheungOct 22, 20251.0We went to this store to take a look at and in the hope of trying the demo LG massage chair there. Unfortunately, it was not working. The saleswoman was not helpful at all. She just said there are some more massage chairs at the back (it turned out they are not what we want) and did not help even a bit to fix the setup or connection issue. She routinely (it must be a company policy) told me to approach her if we needed help, gave us her name and went away. We were left looking around the chair to see if it could be connected but we abandoned after some attempts. The salesman passing us by a few times did not even bother about stopping to give a little help. The store was extremely quiet at the time. The chair is sitting on the big LG poster. I am sure LG paid Leon's to put a demo there for people to experience using it before deciding to buy (which was the purpose of our visit, as I told the saleswoman). Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience visiting the store. I do not recommend shopping there.
