    I was serviced by Aida! She is so friendly and really genuine and good at what she does! she really knows her furniture!! I thought she was super sweet and amazing and offered me advice beyond furniture and helped me get connected for my other needs for my new home in the future. I will be back to find her for future furniture!! ❤️

    Went in to the Newmarket store looking for a new mattress for my daughter. Our sales representative Adel was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He made the whole experience great and we were very happy from start to finish in the store. The delivery was also very good. We were notified ahead of time and able to track the order. It was on time and again handled professionally. Overall very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received.

    ⸻ Hello, Even though the management at Leon Newmarket may not care much about customer satisfaction, I feel it is important to share my very bad experience purchasing furniture from Leon Newmarket so others do not go through the same situation. I have been a customer of Leon Newmarket since 2020, and I had never experienced anything like this before. This may be due to the new sales manager, Amir. I purchased two sofas in beige with the promise of immediate delivery. However, when the sofas were delivered two days later, I realized they were actually grey, not beige. I immediately contacted Leon, but they did not believe me and insisted the sofas were beige and that the color difference was due to the lighting. After several back-and-forth visits and discussions, they finally accepted that I was telling the truth. At that point, they told me they did not have beige sofas available and suggested that I choose a beige sofa set that had been on display in the showroom for several years. I had no choice but to accept the showroom sofas. Shockingly, they did not even clean them. Amir, the sales manager, told me that if I wanted the sofas cleaned, I would have to pay for it myself. They sold me the showroom sofas at half price, but if they had cleaned them, Amir said the discount would only be 25%. After several days of going back and forth to the showroom, the sofas were finally delivered — still dirty. I am completely dissatisfied with this experience and will never shop at Leon Newmarket again.

    The three delivery team members who brought our stove were very respectful, very friendly, and professional. They paid close attention to detail, took care to protect my home, and were mindful not to track snow inside. They also made sure the stove was in good condition before they left. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated.

    To begin with I wish I could give 0 star. Ordered Sofa and Dining (Nov 27) scheduled to be delivered Dec 6 by 5:30 pm. I get a call that their truck broke down around 12:30 but only got the time to notify me around 4:45 pm wasting my whole day. They asked to reschedule and I requested for Dec 11 but only after 4 pm. They said they can't schedule for Thursday so I asked for Friday Dec 12 but I asked to make sure it gets delivered after 4. In the meantime I received call from Gagan Manager (Leon's Newmarket) and David Sales Associate (Leon's Newmarket) apologizing and assuring for an ontime and smoother delivery. Thursday Dec 11 at 7 pm I get a call from Leon's Barrie, the asscoiate was extremely rude so was the previous one informing that the delivery tije frame being 11:30am- 3:30pm, I told her I was promised a delivery after 4pm by the manager at Leon's Newmarket. She was rude and she said she can't do anything and cancelled the delivery. I called Leon's Newmarket again and I was assured they will fix the situation and I will be compensated. Eventhough I kept requesting for cancellation of order but their fake promises kept me giving them multiple chance. Then, I get a call in the evening (Dec 12) from Naz Manager (Leon's Barrie) assuring she will personally schedule the delivery Saturday Dec 13 between 0900-1130 but the tracker said a different timeframe being 1000-1330. I called Leon's Newmarket asking for Gagan Manager and explained the situation. He assured me that it will be delivered 1130 sharp. Turnsout I kept waiting till 1300 and no sign of delivery. I called Leon's Barrie asking for the Manager but I was kept on an infinite hold. I, then called Leon's Newmarket where I originally ordered asking for Gagan Manager, but the associates kept juggling my call between them but I was never able to speak to Gagan at all. I called back again and asking for Gagan and I was again transferred to another lady. I asked her toi cancel my orderm, she bluntly said she will have to do a lot of paperwork cancelling the order and will call me back after confirmation and cut the phone on me. I finally called back Leon's Barrie asking for Nas. This time she spoke and said she knew why I was calling and bluntly said she can't do anything as delivery got messed up again and she will cancel the delivery as I've already requested for cancellation. I am yet to receive a cancellation confirmation. Nas kept saying Gagan will compensate for wasting my time and here we are Gagan is yet to call and apologize for the trouble. I kept repeating that I don't want any compensation and all I requested for was an ontime delivery. This is my 16 days of painful experiecne with Leon's Newmarket and Barrie. I conclude that I or my family and friends will never buy anything from you guys. You have already lost a $4000 business between the 16 days to The Brick and have lost the business further as I had plans to make my house a home. I am a potential customer planning to spend around $15000-$20000 purchasing furniture and other items foi my new home.
