  The guys were great set it up pretty quick helped me get the other one out of the way because they didn’t call or text before they got here which I usually expect so my dogs went crazy other than that very nice guys appreciate it but they have to give a call or text before especially coming to this address. Thank you.

  Our salesperson Amir was very helpful with our search for a new washer. Given we were buying the washer to replace one that had stopped working he was very helpful in expediting our delivery. The delivery was carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

  We have recently purchased 2 items from Leon's in Newmarket. The salesperson for our stove purchase in January, Mathesan P, was fantastic. He answered questions and did not put any pressure on us to buy at all. He had all the answers and completed the sale competently. When the stove arrived and was damaged, Leons customer service was excellent in providing the process to get a replacement quickly. In February we purchased a headboard from Leon's Newmarket which we are also very satisfied with. The delivery tracking email provided both times provides real time information on delivery status and takes all of the guess work out of waiting for the delivery. We highly recommend Leon's Newmarket.

  Just received our new couch today. David from the sales team was very patient while we sat on almost every couch in the showroom. He was knowledgeable and helpful while not being 'pushy' to us. We were able to confidently choose what best suited us thanks to his help! The delivery team was so friendly and kind. They definitely went above and beyond to get us set up and didn't leave until everything we were all happy everything was working properly and set up for me. They even took all the wrapping with them so I didn't have to deal with it. It's only day 1 but I'm very impressed by the Leon's team!

  LEONS IS GARBAGE. We bought a motor reclining couch here only a few months ago. It stopped working after one month which is absolutely ridiculous. After contacting Leons, we were told it would be over a month until a technician could come. Truly pathetic. The "technician" was booked for tomorrow, but decided he would show up a day early today. He was useless, as he didn't actually bring anything with him. "Just checking things out" were his words. He has to order parts for it, and now we have to wait for several more months which is NOT OKAY!!! Leons is disgusting, and we will never waste our money at this garbage store ever again. The pos couch has sat not working longer than we've had it.
