    Great service from Shane in Windows and Doors/Sheds. He ordered us a replacement part for our shed and was extremely professional and efficient

    Ordered a bunch of products online to be delivered, including a bag of cement, the bag had a hole in it and both sides were hard as a rock, i had to clean my porch stairs as there was cement on them. I called the customer service and was told a new bag would be sent. The same day a delivery driver arrived with a bottle of concrete colouring, not the product i had an issue with, he gave me the bottle and was insisting to take a picture of it in my hands, i refused to take the bottle as it was the wrong product. I asked him to come into the house to look at the bag of cement, he called his supervisor who i heard asked him to take a picture of the bag, he proceeded to flip the bag over to take a picture, spilling concrete into my house and left without taking the bag, i kept my cool but wasn’t to happy. The next day i was told all the cement they had was in the same state and was not good, i was given the choice to wait for a new order or a refund, i chose the refund, to my surprise they refunded the cement colouring, the wrong product, even though their employee took actual pictures of the product (30$ instead of 66$ for the bag). I called the store where i was told i had to bring the bag of cement to the store to get the proper refund, i said i ordered because I didn’t have a proper vehicle to get the products myself (80$ delivery fees) now i am forced to bring a broken bag of concrete, in my vehicle, which i am obviously not going to do, i had enough of cleaning my stairs and my table without having to clean my car also, so essentially, they stole about 40$ from me and made me clean stuff. Never had that kind of issue anywhere else before. I filed a dispute with my bank and will fill a complaint to l’office de protection du consommateur.

    Ottawa-Merivale/HuntClub: I ordered a new kitchen counter top. Dave K.(sales) provided excellent advice and ensured all aspects were completed on-time and to a high standard. Rob S.(installer) is a skilled craftsman who obviously takes pride in his work, as the attention to detail was superb.

    Received the flyer in the mail on tuesday , and in it was a door i have been looking to buy to replace one at home that was broken. The flyer stated the offer was not on until thursday and ends on the 1st! So i waited until friday go in to the store and when i asked the nice gentleman to show me this great deal as there were no sale tags put out. He was a nice guy and tried to explain that it wasnt a sale price, but that they might raise the price on the 2nd. So i waited 3 days to buy a full price door. Sadly i took my business elsewhere and will most likely not consider rona again for my home needs based on the way they mislead promotions

    From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, every single employee I encountered greeted me warmly and proactively asked if I needed assistance . A small gesture that made a big impression and set the tone for an outstanding visit! I was particularly impressed by Nathalie in the wood-cutting department, who delivered some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. It was genuinely refreshing to be served by a woman excelling in a field traditionally dominated by men, and she did so with remarkable confidence and expertise. Nathalie walked me through every step of the process clearly and patiently, presented several options tailored to my needs, and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the cutting would take. Her knowledge is evident, but what truly sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about the customer experience. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and that enthusiasm is contagious. This level of service, from every corner of the store, is exactly what keeps customers coming back. I will absolutely return, and I recommend this store without hesitation.
