  The delivery experience was perfect. They arrived at the specified time, and took take care throughout the process (in the elevator & my condo). Assembly went great & the sofa is functioning as expected. Hopefully the actual sofa gets the same review in 6 months.

  The Mississauga Distribution Center staff were very helpful and determined to make sure that I was satisfied and happy. They got my sectional recliners quickly and put them into my truck very carefully. I would recommend picking up your furniture from the pleasant staff at the Mississauga depot. Thanks for the great service.

  We had a really great experience with The Brick’s Mississauga Distribution Centre. We were in a time-sensitive situation and needed an adjustable bed quickly to support a family member, and the team stepped in to help expedite our order right away. We connected through live chat, and they were responsive, clear, and very easy to deal with. What really stood out was how quickly everything was turned around. Once confirmed, our order was ready for pickup exactly when we needed it, and the process was seamless when we arrived. It made a stressful situation a lot easier, and we really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled behind the scenes. Very grateful for the support!

  This place was awesome. We live in Dundalk about an hour and15 from the Brick Seen washer online and ordered it but was having trouble paying chatted with their agent online .She was so nice and helped me pay 10 percent down all while we were driving there she provided me with an order number so when we got there gave them order number picked up washer and paid the balance. How simple, Thank you so much The Brick Distribution Center. Definitely would purchase from there again

  Our refrigerator quit on us and me and my wife went to the Brick to look at a new one. The salesman we had was great and helped us pick the one we needed, dimensions and price and other things we wanted he helped us find what we needed. Unfortunately none were in stock so we had to drive from our town to pick it up in Brampton, a short road trip from Orangeville, we got there, everything was easy peasy, pulled up to intercom, and was directed to bay to be loaded. The young men loaded the truck and were very helpful, especially knowing my ratchet straps were froze and informed me up the street on the corner was a truck stop and that they would have some. They were correct, got my fridge tied down and made it home safely. The Brick made the purchase very easy and we're very helpful. Thank you 🙏
